We still have mud haze on the floor, we were told that a sealant was our option, have popping noises all around the kitchen and some grout is cracked already, despite a repair job a few weeks ago. Oh did I mention that the finishings (room floor dividing trim) and door trimming/planing so the doors would close we had to ask for. I am sorry but I expected post job cleaning to be done. Our driveway was full of clay, I was cleaning it for weeks to get it back to what it looked like pre job. I still say Robert is a nice guy. I am just not a fan of his work and am very sorry to say that I would not recommend him to anyone. Ok so here is the pre-install review. We were referred by our electrician. Robert is so friendly and helpful. He came out to the house to see our jobs. We had reasonable quotes within hours. He even came with to pick out materials and helped guide us regarding selecting materials that would work best for us, our budget and our home. Informed Duros (owner) that we wanted just the dining room walls done and not the trim and that the bedrooms were walls and trim but not ceilings. After the first day there was paint all over the dining room trim and the bedroom ceilings had primer on multiple spots on the ceiling. Window trim in the bedrooms was never painted at all. The painters returned multiple times to correct the issues and Duros himself ended up doing a quick touch up on the window trim. To be fair the owner was busy with family issues and wasn't on site most days. The job was eventually finished but needed touch ups. Poor attention to detail.
