They also threw away things I asked to keep, and photos and letters that should have been set aside. Luckily, I had my own photos and spent hours and hours going through my photos, making lists and matching/numbering photos. I can't get back the personal items I asked to keep. They did not apologize or give any reason for their shoddy work. They billed us $35,000 for that incredibly unprofessional job and that's outrageous. They also billed us for things they did not do and when questioned on it, I was met with hostility. They did reduce the bills slightly after my complaints. Do not use them, it's a complete ripoff and made a traumatic experience more stressful than I could believe.

I have only positive words to say about Jeff Doe. He is kind, helpful, full of good unbiased…read moreadvice and most of all HONEST! In the past couple of months and before meeting Jeff, we got the opinion of a couple of remediation/mold inspectors. They were very unclear with their answers. We even had one say they would do the testing after another company (whom they recommended) took care of the "possible" mold issues. We were utterly confused and felt violated by the very shady behavior we had seen so far. When I called Jeff, he was patient and took the time to listen while I explained to him our situation (possible moisture and/or mold in basement), he immediately came over to check on the issue. He diagnosed the problem we were having by doing some tests for moisture/mold. He called me while he was at my home, I was out of state at that time, and let me know what he had found. He then followed up with a written statement a few days later. We had absolutely NO moisture and NO mold! We would recommend Jeff in a heartbeat. Hands down the most HONEST person we have met in this field. He is confident of his findings from what seems like years of experience. Thank you Jeff!

Jeff Doe was originally not my first choice for broken pipe water damage to our main floor and…read morebasement flooding, however after speaking to another leading company for damage restoration I was left with an uneasy feeling that I wasn't dealing with a professional. With a profession in engineering and purchasing, I checked around further and came across Paul Davis services (Jeff Doe). I could tell from the 1st 5-minutes that Jeff was the best choice for the job, and can testify that we could not have found a more knowledgeable, professional and honest person for our situation. Our damage was fairly involved, and it was dealt with in a manner in which I do not worry about future issues with mold or structural integrity. Excellent communication skills: Jeff goes above and beyond.

He cleaned out 30 feet of our kitchen piping that had caused both sinks to back up and stop draining (okay, I put too much of the wrong stuff in the garbage disposal the night before). Problem solved in about an hour. Then I asked him to check the laundry room drain that had been intermittently slightly backing up. Again, problem solved! Reasonable price and half off the second repair. Good value! I learned a few valuable lessons about garbage disposals and pipes from John today. He's very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to talk to. Roto-Rooter is definitely our go-to when we have plumbing issues, or just for maintenance. Thanks!

Like any contractor things do not always go as planned or perfectly but I trusted them in my home- they were allowed a key. It took many many months for a rebuild and payment but we finally have everything resolved. Most of the delays were on the insurance end and others were communicated as they occurred. The team I worked with was amazing. I highly recommend they are IICRC certified and shared their license information. If I ever have water damage or mold problems again these are the guys I will call, who I trust and recommend. *** update 2019***** Reducing review to 3 stars. We had water damage again- NOT in the same part of our home as a few years ago- this time it's my kitchen and an important part of my home. During the rebuild process some additional items which weren't considered were found and they forgot to submit paperwork. To be truthful the missing items should have been identified initially and my first follow up should have prompted paper work to be submitted- it took a third email after the insurance said they didn't get paperwork.. things happen- if these guys didn't do such a good job previously I'm not sure I'd still be a customer. Waiting to see what happens- hopefully we can get this done- will update review if things go smoothly or get worse
