Very simple, I brought 8 aprons in to be embroidered with the information I supplied. When I went to pick them up Rene told me we never talked about embroidery. She had screen printed them. I am so upset.
The first day I stopped in she was embroidering something for a customer. I went in back to see how it was being done. We talked about the size of the rings and she told me to embroider every name was $5. Also she told me she had over 5000 fonts.
I went back with the design I wanted and she told me she couldn't do the snowflakes because they were too small and the machine would just cut through the material. She asked me to bring in the file of the font because she didn't have it (out of 5000?).
Today I went back to see the finished product and they weren't embroidered, they were screen printed. When I asked about the embroidery she said we didn't talk about that and the screen printing looks better anyway.
