It ended up being our favorite brewery in the area--and somehow, we found our way back there every single day. I ordered the India pale lager (ipl - similar to it's American cousin the IPA, this Double Dry-Hopped IPL has a strong hop nose with a smooth bitterness that doesn't linger, finishing dry leaving you wanting more. Overall smoother and more quaff-able than an IPA.) which just okay and a bit difficult to drink. Not sure I would return to this brewery but glad I was able to swing by for a drink before dinner.

I started with their Linden amber and really enjoyed it while taking advantage of their fantastic patio space. I followed up my first drink with their Pumpkin Flower sour. I don't typically gravitate towards sours but this one really blew me away. Unique flavor I hadn't experienced before. I also happened to go into the brewery on a Thursday where there are select $3 beers. When you arrive there is plenty of parking in front of the building. The vibe feels cozy, chill, and woodsy when you walk in. I ordered the Love, Dolcita which is a double hazy ipa with flavor notes of honeydew, tropical, and juicy. It's open and industrial themed, clean and comfortable. I've only popped in in the early evening when they've not been busy at all, but there are long tables for groups, games, etc. I think it's a really nice atmosphere. Staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. They generally have 8 or so beers on tap, and cover several styles, but seem to lean towards the lighter beers - saison, lager, sours - and don't offer much for the big beer drinker - porter, stout, Belgian. I have not had anything that wasn't perfectly drinkable, but also have not had one that was a stand out that I know I will have every time in. But that just means I have to keep trying.
