I was a customer for 8 years and felt like I was bothering them to ask questions and they acted like I was an unworthy customer. Their antiquated rules of 5-10 banking day holds on deposited checks is the most ridiculous thing. I had at least 10 times the amount in my account but they insisted on putting a long hold on a check. I didn't need the money and had no plans to withdraw it - it was the principle of how they do business. Every time I called customer service, it went to voicemail. I would leave a message asking a specific question and wait for a callback. The person who called back would leave a message "GeoVista returning your call." No response to my question. I would call again and again, only getting their voicemail and ask if they didn't reach me to please provide the answer to my question. Nope, they certainly wouldn't do that! GeoVista needs to have a wake-up call on how to do business and train their staff to provide real customer service. I closed my accounts and went with a local bank who has gone the distance to provide great service. GeoVista - you failed!

The only Grange Agent I could find close by was in GA at Dasher Insurance. I sent an email, on a Holiday weekend, to Mr. Billy Dasher, asking for some advice. Mr. Dasher responded to my email in less than an hour and gave me a few options. I was not able to use Dasher Insurance because they were out of state, but if this is the kind of fast response you get to an email on a Holiday weekend, I would highly recommend giving them a chance to meet your insurance needs. I only gave Dasher Insurance 4 stars, because not being a customer, I don't have any experience with claims, rates, etc.
