I was able to make withdrawals from my accounts. This has been great as I truly don't want to change banks and we get direct deposits into them currently. Also a long history with the bank. The tellers here are so efficient as well as friendly. There had been zero wait time the two times I have been to this branch and that was on a Saturday the last time.

The woman refused to notarize because she didn't understand the simple nature of sign here and stamp. Logan Fox is rude and stupid or she is lazy. I personally think all the above. Either way not okay. I walked into a different bank and was treated really well they were happy to notarize all my documents free of charge. Looks like I will have to take my business elsewhere. I called repeatedly, to no avail. No one answers the phone there. I had someone go in to check on our checks, because my current bank blocked my account due to fraud, and my account being compromised. A week had already passed with no checks. About an hour later, i found an email stating that checks had JUST been ordered! Lisa was unapologetic, and argumentative. Days later, i received 50 checks that had carbon copies attached to them. Not what my business has used in over 20 years. Super bad service, she said they don't answer the phone because they are a BIG bank, and not what i was used to!!!
