I was able to make withdrawals from my accounts. This has been great as I truly don't want to change banks and we get direct deposits into them currently. Also a long history with the bank. The tellers here are so efficient as well as friendly. There had been zero wait time the two times I have been to this branch and that was on a Saturday the last time.

I called repeatedly, to no avail. No one answers the phone there. I had someone go in to check on our checks, because my current bank blocked my account due to fraud, and my account being compromised. A week had already passed with no checks. About an hour later, i found an email stating that checks had JUST been ordered! Lisa was unapologetic, and argumentative. Days later, i received 50 checks that had carbon copies attached to them. Not what my business has used in over 20 years. Super bad service, she said they don't answer the phone because they are a BIG bank, and not what i was used to!!!

While the people at FSB are very nice and easy to work with, they did not live up to the commitments they made to me. After telling me that my loan could be paid off a certain way, in the end it wasn't despite what Ithey said. In someways it's not surprising. When they told me how it would go, I should have gotten it in writing. Regardless, they took a strong stand, discounted how well we had worked together over the years and basically said tough. I would caution everyone to be very careful if they decide to work with them. I won't ever work with them again.
