We both got gel manicures & my nails were done within 20 minutes, with a hand massage literally being her just putting lotions on my hands & arms. My husband's nails took longer & his were done so nicely! Mine still had nail polish on the skin, which I had asked her to take it off only to find out there were more spots she missed. On top of that, my nail got chipped after 5 days! Everything was just so rushed with poor quality work.

I took my time choosing the nail color - went through like 6-7 choices. Ended up going with a green color and surprisingly thought it was fate that it was named "Dragon Scale." I'm expecting this year - which is the year of the wood dragon. So anything dragon kind of catches my eye. After a few minutes, I was motioned to one of the massage chairs. They gave me a laminated menu which listed the options. I went with the classic pedicure, getting a sea salt scrub and callus removal. It was nice to get massages on the legs and also the callus filed away. Along with the nails being cut - they were growing quite long and getting caught on things such as blankets. The ladies at the salon were sweet and welcoming. We made small talk and I learned a bit about one of their past pregnancy experiences. Overall I had a really good time as it has been a long while since I have been out socializing. The service was $33, and besides credit card and cash, they also take venmo. I would come again. Parking was not difficult at all.

Before my appointment, they called to confirm that I was comfortable with a male massage therapist, since Kevin is the only person who provides massages there. I'm so glad I said yes because Kevin was absolutely fantastic. I prefer a lot of pressure during a massage, and he knew exactly how much to apply. It was one of the best deep tissue massages I've had. One thing to note is that the massage area isn't a fully enclosed room. It's separated from the nail salon by a long curtain rather than a solid wall and door. It didn't bother me personally, but it's something to be aware of if privacy is important to you. After that first visit, I started coming back for manicures and pedicures, and they've been consistently great. The polish lasts well, the technicians pay attention to detail, and they have a huge selection of nail colors to choose from. I've had wonderful experiences here and would highly recommend this place for both massages and nail services.

When I was seated, my nail technician took her time setting up her station and acted as though she was annoyed to be working on me. Since I'm pregnant, I chose a basic manicure and didn't want any upgrades. When she asked if I wanted gel and I politely declined, her attitude noticeably changed. The rest of the appointment felt rushed, and she took shortcuts throughout the manicure. The quality of the work was poor, but by that point I was so frustrated that I just wanted the appointment to be over. What really stood out was how differently she treated the next customer. She was suddenly warm, friendly, smiling, and offering additional services after that customer agreed to upgrade. It made me feel like I was only worth good service if I spent more money. Overall, the atmosphere was unprofessional, the customer service was unfriendly, and the manicure was disappointing. I would not recommend this salon and definitely will not be returning.

He was professional, kind & took great care with doing my manicure & pedicure! They have a lot of beautiful colors & the salon was clean. Kevin helped me choose a beautiful lavender color for my gel manicure. Unlike other nail techs I have had before who rush, he took his time ensuring that it looked perfect & did not skimp out on the coats. & the pedicure was awesome! I wanted a white color but did not want the highlighter white that I have sadly gotten before from other places & I told Kevin this. He found the perfect cream white & everyone has been gushing about how pretty the color is. Okay, so, my soles were mad rough (sorry Kevin!) but he scrubbed them back into smoothness. & he put in the elbow grease with the leg massage, it was wonderful! Kevin is the only one that works during the weekdays so make sure to make an appointment, especially because he is in high demand! I even booked my next appointment right before I left!

I sent my mom a list of places and the first option they were automatically rude due to us not having an appointment scheduled. This ended up being where we ended up and it couldnt have gone any better than it did. They greeted us warmly and although they were busy they told us to give them a few minutes and they'd be right with us. Not 5 minutes later were we getting our nails done. They offered us a drink while we wated. My mom opted for the green tea and I had a Mimosa. Tony treated my mom so well,she's been having an issue with one of her nails and he paid attention and made her hands look stunning. I had Mary and she was the sweetest. She did such an amazing job. We went back this weekend and this time around my mom was helped by Tony and Holly and I got Amy. This is an amazing place to go. They stay busy consistently because although we had an appointment mannn did they have clientele. They are always so sweet and pleasant. My mom and I will definitely be returning.

My sister called Saturday morning to set an appointment & we were told "you can just walk in"...... okay cool. We walk in, all the tables are full & I'd say there were about 10 ladies waiting. We check in on their iPad with no assistance. There are a million options that have no description of what even comes with the service so some guidance would've been nice. The lady at the front desk didn't smile at ALL. I asked "are you guys still doing the free pedicure with a full set?" & says: "No." Most people who know how to work a customer service position might say something like "oh, we actually don't have that special anymore but we do have ______". But just plain out "No." ??? After we struggling with picking the service we wanted, she told us to have a seat... I was wondering if she wanted me to sit on the floor because there was no seating. If the customer service was better, if the front desk was more polite, I really wouldn't have minded a little wait time. But with the attitude I was given on a Saturday morning after having a yummy breakfast & my iced coffee, it was disappointing to be given this bad taste in my mouth. We left immediately because it didn't really seem like she cared to have our business anyway. The front desk is lacking as much as the updates on their Instagram page apparently. Won't be coming here again, ever
