I experienced significant delays in receiving important test results. I was required to schedule a telehealth appointment just to review them, only to wait more than an hour past my scheduled appointment time for information that could have been communicated in a brief phone call. It gave the impression that access to my own health information was being tied to a billable visit rather than prioritizing patient care. Good medicine requires more than a good physician--it requires an office that communicates effectively, follows through, and respects patients' time and health. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.
