History
Established in 2011.
The Matlock Center was established in 2011 by Doctors John and Rebecca Matlock.
The original practice (Matlock Family Chiropractic and Wellness) was started solely as a Chiropractic office but over time has grown into a multidisciplinary facility which now includes: Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Pre-Concussion Baseline Testing, and Fall Risk Assessment. Our original name was changed to The Matlock Center in 2012 to better suite our vision for future growth. We also changed locations in January of 2015 to a property with higher visibility and more space.
Meet the Business Owner: John and Rebecca M.
Drs. John and Rebecca Matlock are both Chiropractors with experience in pain management, athletic injury rehab, spinal decompression therapy, pregnancy related back pain, general wellness care, and more. Both doctors obtained their doctorate degrees from New York Chiropractic College. Since opening The Matlock Center in 2011, they have both been instrumental in its dynamic growth and expansion.
Their philosophy on health and wellness is simple.
"There's no magic treatment to cure all health issues. What works for one, will not necessarily work for all. This is why The Matlock Center offers multiple treatment options, so that we can hone in on what works best for each patient. Sometimes we know immediately, sometimes it takes a few trials of various treatment types, and sometimes the care we offer, is just not the right answer at all. Either way, its our job to help patients to the best of our ability...even if it means sending them elsewhere to receive the care they truly need.
