I first met with Devinn who measured and set plans in motion after carefully listening to what I wanted. He guided me throughout the process which was seamless. The work was done to perfection thanks to the professional and skillful work of the entire team, Devinn, Dean, Jimmy and Anthony. They were a pleasure to deal with, addressed any and all concerns and went above and beyond to make me happy with the outcome. They do quality work and operate with a high degree of integrity. My kitchen turned out beautifully and just as I hoped thanks to the The Kitchen Shop Team. I highly recommend them and would give 10 stars if I could.

Devinn Bua did the showroom and onsite consultation; Dean Bua and Jimmy did the renovations. This was a complete gutting, all sheetrock removed, soffits removed with plumbing relocated, doorway into dining room widened by 4', doorway into foyer widened by almost 1', new upper & lower cabinets & floor, all new electrical. Aside from some dings caused by the cabinet mftr's packing skills, the job went flawlessly. Dean is an absolute perfectionist (and ex cabinet maker) and will stay until his or his crew's work is to his standards. We'll be using them later this year to reno a bathroom as well. Again, highly recommend! https://www.thekitchenshopnj.com/

We opened a wall and wanted to expand the kitchen by adding complimentary cabinets since our…read moreexisting ones were in great shape. We worked with Jeff Rambaldi who took such good care of us from start to finish! He helped us find the right cabinets for the pantry and island and helped us design a coffee nook. We wanted a pull out drawer microwave and he got us the specs for the one we wanted to ensure the measurements were exact. Everything beautifully fit in, including the updated stunning hardware included in the set. Jeff even threw in extra handles for all our existing cabinets so we could have continuity to tie them together and we couldn't be any more pleased with how it all came out! We still need to update the backsplash but it turned out into a gorgeous, upgraded space so far!

I'm amazed it's not surrounded by angry villagers with pitchforks and torches, it took them three months to get my cabinet order straightened out and fix their very odd measurement mistakes, and I had nothing but arguments all the way despite the supposed "professional" measurement and design services they sold me on. Part of being a professional is taking responsibility for your own mistakes. Eventually they remade those cabinets but they made sure to take as long as possible, because they were so angry that they had to absorb the cost as per their $250 measurement fee. The resulting kitchen is slapdash and sloppy, and their attitude is "but we gave you a discount". That discount was nothing compared to the cost overruns their delays cost us, not to mention months of no working kitchen. I have to live with a slapdash kitchen; I have to live with my poor choice of cabinet suppliers but I'd advise any friend of mine to steer way clear of this ridiculous klown kar posse. Professional? You'd be better off with Home Depot or even a bunch of 2"x4"s and a hand saw. Look elsewhere if you value your budget and your sanity.

The team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive at every step. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, offered great insights and recommendations, and communicated clearly throughout the project. There were no surprises--everything happened exactly as promised. The installation itself was seamless. The crew was punctual, respectful of my home, and extremely detail‑oriented. The quality of the workmanship is exceptional, and the finished bathroom exceeded my expectations in both appearance and functionality. It's rare to find a company that delivers such a smooth, stress‑free experience while also producing outstanding results. Century Bathworks does exactly that. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bathroom renovation done right--from planning to completion.

I'm shocked to see any negative reviews about this company…read more Over 20 years ago, I purchased and installed a shower door system that arrived in the exact measurements I gave them. Fit perfectly. I had a question during the install, so I called them up. They were available and helped without any hassle. Fast forward to a few months ago, I needed 3 new rollers on the door glides, so I called customer service, and their response was "Sure. No problem. We'll send it right out." They sent more than 3. No questions on receipt. No questions on date of purchase. Nothing. Just help. Zero hassle. Then again, last week, I called and needed another part, same response, same zero hassle. They are 100% problem free! I highly recommend their products.

They delivered an incredible transformation--one that we genuinely love walking into every single day. What stood out most was their clear, step‑by‑step breakdown of the entire process. We always knew what was happening, what to expect next, and how long each phase would take. That level of communication made the project feel smooth and stress‑free. They also worked with impressive efficiency, completing the remodel in just a matter of weeks without ever compromising on quality. Every detail--from the craftsmanship to the finishing touches--shows real pride in their work! Our new kitchen feels brighter, more functional, and truly ours. We couldn't be happier with the result and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor who is skilled, reliable, and a pleasure to work with.

They transformed my tiny galley kitchen-- with no dishwasher, almost no counter space, and cramped cabinets-- into a big, beautiful kitchen with a huge island, dishwasher, range hood, cabinets, and drawers galore, an inviting space to which guests are drawn to gather. I look forward to cooking and baking more than ever because everything is easier-- even cleaning up, because there is a place for everything, even the trash, all hidden from sight. It feels like they added an extra room without taking up any space-- the place looks and feels bigger. Charlie got the ball rolling, coming over to give me what a I considered a very fair estimate, measure the space, and discuss with me at length what I hoped to achieve. He recommended Marc with AMC Granite & Cabinetry to help me nail down the layout and provide the beautiful maple cabinets and granite countertops. The tile work was exceptional. My concept for the backsplash was not exactly conventional, but tile master Mike was willing to help me figure out how to pull it off. Mike is also a master plumber, and Joe a master electrician, so it's one stop shopping: They take care of everything. The work area was neatly sectioned off with plastic, so no dust got into the rest of my living space. Pro Bros broke all the stereotypes of contractors who don't communicate, don't show up, etc. The lines of communication were always open, they showed up when promised, cleaned up after themselves, and got the job done in the agreed-upon time frame. The workmanship was top notch, the cost fair and reasonable. Brothers Mike, Joe and Charlie, and their entire crew, were all professional, personable, and considerate of my time and space. It was a pleasure having them around and I absolutely love the results. I'd give them 11 out of 10 stars if I could. And I can't wait until they redo my bathroom!
