    I don't recommend this company to anyone, be aware, they raise the rent every year at the maximum legal amount

We have no property manager on-site and there won't be one any time soon since all the units are rented. Trash is still being left outside the bins, NEXT to the bins even after reports to management. They charge tenants for any maintenance request - yeah, you read that right. Your rent doesn't even cover the bare minimum. The cherry on top is when they failed to inform all of their tenants their office moved. At my building, we never received an email update as they claim--which is a false claim after confirming with three other tenants in my building. I arrived at the office only to discover it was closed. There were other tenants trying to drop off rent just as confused as me with no signage on the door. I called Dulce, our properly manager, greeted by her voicemail greeting of, "Our offices are closed for the holidays, we will return January 5th." As usual, the phone is never answered and they still haven't updated their voicemail greeting. The office building management would not inform us of any details including if they even still rent there or the new address. I sent an email and, thankfully, Glory responded back quick. At the new address, I speak to another tenant from a different building. They inform me that when they arrived at the office a week prior, they didn't tell anyone they moved and there was a note on the door with the new address. But by the time I arrived, there was no note. They were also frustrated at the lack of communication and that this was actually their second offense. There is literally no excuse for the lack or delay of communication. It takes time to scout a new office space, sign the lease, and move. And you're telling me they only had time until they were in their new office? What? Do you not want your mailed checks? Old habits die hard, I guess.

I have a lot of respect for anyone that has to deliver bad news and who does so, in a professional, respectful, detailed and gentle way! I see Dillion as a vital employee at Coastline and I believe he should be recognized and applauded for his ability to deliver difficult news to applicants who don't qualify. It must be difficult and yet he does so in a gentle professional way. Dillon was pleasant throughout the whole application process and he kept in contact daily! Lines of communication is important to those of us applying and wanting updates! I can only imagine physicians and doctors having to deliver bad news to their patients, Judges and Principals...and the same goes for any employer having to let go of an employee. And again, the same goes for property management companies having to deliver bad news. With a pandemic, financial hardships, the increased cost of living and just the whole shift the planet is in, I can only imagine how brutal it is, sitting on the opposite end of an applicant! The application process for anyone can sometimes be pretty tedious as you collect all required documents. The patience Dillion and his colleges displayed were excellent! We have communicated with over 35 emails and majority of them are from me asking for an update on the status of my application as I wanted to start on July 1st. This is very unprofessional handling of a commercial property that is listed for lease especially when they advertise "fast leasing" on their website. I could have been looking elsewhere with all my time she has waisted

She informs owners of what is needed to improve the property and tells the owners the pros and cons of the improvements and why the improvements need to be done. When tenants report of an issue with an appliance or the heating or air-conditioning, she takes of it; if a new appliance or new heating/AC system is needed she informs the owners. Julia, also, responds to emails and phone calls timely and patiently. I appreciate her and thankful that she is managing my condo.

When something goes wrong with the property, she has her own people doing the repairs and charges you more than the job requires. After non renewal of property managing their contract, Julie filed a form with the city business compliance division for non business license for residential leasing income. She is a whistleblower! I have all my city permits for my house and ADU, but if you do NOT, do not take a chance to hire her. When she collected her Zelle cash payments, I am sure she didn't report that to the IRS. Be warned.

    This was the most invasive and frustrating apartment application process I have ever experienced…read more I expected to provide the standard documents such as proof of income, identification, employment verification, and rental history. Instead, I was repeatedly asked for more sensitive personal information even after submitting a complete application package. By the end of the process, I had provided my Social Security number, employer verification, landlord references, two years of W-2s, two years of tax returns, five months of pay stubs, bank statements, copies of my driver's license and Social Security card, and a detailed balance sheet listing my assets, including cash, brokerage accounts, vehicles, and cryptocurrency. Despite promptly providing everything they requested, the requests for additional documentation continued with little or no explanation of why my previous submissions were not sufficient. Every time I thought I had satisfied their requirements, another request appeared. The process felt endless. Communication throughout the process was poor. Questions were not answered clearly, and when I requested contact information for a supervisor to discuss my concerns, I was not provided with it. I understand that landlords need to verify applicants. However, there is a point where due diligence becomes unreasonable. No apartment application should require applicants to surrender this much sensitive financial information without a clear explanation of why it is necessary. I have rented before and have never encountered an application process this excessive. I cannot recommend E & G Management based on my experience. If you decide to apply, be prepared for an unusually burdensome process, repeated requests for highly sensitive documents, and a lack of transparency from start to finish.

I am moving and accidentally locked key in house. I Can't get out of this hellhole fast enough. The manager had no key to get into my apartment and told me it's my responsibility to change the locks (which is illegal for me to do and I have pets inside needing care). Supervisor inspected apartment on May 29 noting all needed repairs and did nothing and raised my son to my $100 more dollars August 1st. They are crooks and treat tenants who pay them rent like 2nd class citizens. Giving a star only because I don't have the choice to add zero. I'd worry about losing my deposit due to this review but they are crooks and are going to keep it anyway.
