We called Newkirk's Home Repair to have a toilet installed. And am I glad we did! While reviewing…read morethe existing plumbing Matt discovered a couple of MAJOR issues that we weren't aware of because they were out of sight. Our tub drain under the house was disconnected and was dumping into our crawl space. Also, our existing plumbing was cast iron and upon further inspection Matt found that it was disintegrating. Although it was OK for the moment we decided that while he was down there to have it replaced with PVC. While I had him here he also replaced the drain under the bathroom sink because it was leaking and he tightened our toilet seat. Matt completed the job thoroughly, providing photos since I couldn't get under the house. He left everything in perfect working order. I found his pricing to be very competitive and affordable. He came out quickly to give a quote and was able to get to us very quickly once I accepted it. He stayed until the job was done and was very communicative from start to finish. The driver was horrible. Most drivers can move the chute to put concrete where you need it, while backing up. This guy put concrete in a big pile and we had to pull it all by hand. He then asked where he could wash out. I said anywhere in the gravel [300 feet of gravel drive]. He washed out in my new grass.
