During the sale of our main home, my family moved out of state. Then our whole family got sick of Covid with my husband getting the worse of it. He was admitted to the hospital and was near deaths door. After discussing with my husband, my husband wanted to proceed with the sale even if God decides to take him. By God's mercy, my husband is still with us today. Arsalon handled the sale of our main home effectively, offering advice and suggestions to me on how to proceed with sale, lined up a mobile notary, informed me of potential issues that came up with 1 or 2 of the 12 offers we received within the 1st week, negotiated a higher sale price than what was offered by the buyer, etc..And this was all happening while I was sick having trouble breathing, taking care of 3 sick kids, and worried that my husband may possibly die.
