Karen was incredibly responsive and organized everything for us in a shared Spreadsheet which we loved as it ensured nothing fell through the cracks. Most importantly through all of this, is how Karen treated us and made us feel. We ended up purchasing it far below asking price...again, due to us following some sage advice from Karen. The overall experience was like the first time we worked with her: as good as it gets. Recently (Feb 2021) we sold the condo that we had purchased with Karen's help. This was our first sale with Karen representing us. She advised us to repair some things, update some others, replace a few things, and paint it before we put it on the market. She handled all this including getting bids and managing the contractors. She even brought in some furniture and accessories to stage it. After all the work, which it turns out was a very good investment, we listed on a Friday in the late afternoon. Within 24 hours, we had two offers. Within another day, we had another. We ended up with 3 different competing offers...and sold it for $42K more than our listing price! We are ecstatic about it! We asked Jeremy for a referral for an Asbestos Abatement Company and he refused to help us. Jeremy did not advise us to get an asbestos inspection. He also had provided us with misleading information about the sellers during the transaction. Recently my wife and I asked Jeremy a few questions about the misleading information he had provided us . And I found out that even though the roof was sound with zero issue (it was older but had some life left in it), Johnny would tell everybody that a new rood was needed. He didn't make anyone wear the blue fabric boots to cover people' shoes. It was raining and the house was a mess. The house did sell, but to this day I have terrible memories of the experience and I know another qualified realtor would have got me 10/15 % more. A super bad experience.
