The week I got it home it required a new gas vacuum hose replaced for $390, every time I filled it with gas the engine struggled to start again which they had to have noticed. After an oil change it was recommended getting a quote for needed repairs which totaled $3,100. All issues that affect me and my families safety. Plus, the hood struts are shot, steering fluid was 1/4 quart low, oil was 1/2 quart low, the hatch only opens part of the time, there's no tire jack with the spare, windshield wiper fluid leaks consistently. Very discouraged with the NUMEROUS issues and their complete dishonesty.

I needed to replace my truck again for a stronger one because I got a heavier trailer, and at first I thought I was going to get a slightly used diesel Ram 2500 because I needed more towing capacity, but after looking at everything, I decided on a dodge ram Laramie 3500. 23,000lb towing capacity and 4100lb payload capacity means I'm not going to have problems towing my new toy hauler! But that's just half the story. The other half is the level of service at Lithia from Sam and Zach and is unparalleled. Not only did they see to all the details I needed with my battery cable installation, but they personally drove my truck back and forth to auto trim design TWICE to get it outfitted with the extras while I was waiting for the sensors for the bumper install, and then they delivered it 15 miles out to my house when it was finally done. Every time you have to deal with their service dept is like getting a root canal with no Novocain. My GF bought a car (from another dealership of course) and needed some work done on it under warranty. Every single time it was like we had to convince them to even look at it. They would take the car and the say "nothings wrong with it". Eventually I would have to get involved and explain what we were seeing with my personal scanner. They would take it back in and then say "your scanner isn't as good as ours so that's why you're seeing codes". Um...my $4000 snap-on is giving me bad info? Codes are codes Back and forth 7 times, and god forbid you ask for a loaner cause they need to keep the car for a week, it was crazy how hard she had to push to even get them to look at it or to get a loaner. They keep saying nothings wrong or we did this and that and "you're all set", and nothing ever got fixed. We got fed up and finally called Ressler motors in Bozeman. Holy hell what a difference! From the people on the phone to staff (more on that in a moment) I called Ressler and spoke to someone at length about what had happened and they said they thought they could get it fixed if we brought it in. Made the trip, was met with an outstanding staff, who got us booked in, and had a loaner warmed up and ready for us to take back to Helena with us, no hassles. They ended up keeping the car for almost 3 weeks and worked their tails off to make sure everything was working. They fixed the car and it's been awesome ever since. It's an absolute shame Lithia Helena is such trash they people have to drive 90 miles away just to get a warranty repaired. AVOID LITHIA HELENA!!!!

I had spent many trips to dealerships that told me the car we were looking for was not available due that it was a last year model. After many nights searching on the internet for it a Dealer in Ohio told me that the Honda Dealership in Helena had exactly what we were looking for. I called Helena Honda and talked to a GREAT Guy named Kourtney. He verified that they still had the car in stock and worked out a great deal for us. Since I live in CA. We hopped on a plane to Helena where Kourtney picked us up at the airport and let my girlfriend drive the car back to the dealership. We've bought a F150 from the Helena Ford dealership, there was some recalls on some of the parts…read moreso we took it in and of course it took a couple of days for them to fix it, we went to pick it up and parts went flying everywhere when we were leaving, so we stopped and went back to them and couldn't get a mechanic to look at it, we tried to talk to the manager and he "wasn't there " we called them for 2 weeks and no one could or would help us. This is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. If you want to do business with Ford trust me Go to Bozeman!
