A horrendous wind storm with gusts registered over 60+ mph caught our Chevy Silverado driver's side truck door upon existing causing the door to over extend backwards. Managed to get it closed, now requiring the driver to enter thru the passenger-side door and crawl over the center console ... you get the picture. The following day I took the truck into Top Gun Autobody where Ted and his staff welcomed me with a smile (in which they watched me do the climb-over routine from their office windows). Had a hit and run dent. Went to a few shops for estimates. Topgun presented me with several options for the repair. They were honest and educated me on the different repairs. I was able to make an educated decision. After the repair it was like new. Rob was very helpful. They also have a daily text that keeps you informed while the repair is in progress. read more

Don't go here unless you are covered by insurance per are wealthy. They are very, very expensive. If it's a small job, don't count on them contacting you when ready. They want to charger you $15-20,000 for a simple paint job. read more

Bait and switch. This company did not order all of the parts. They scheduled us to bring the car in and after they had it, they had to order more parts. We brought the car in on 3/30 and were told it would be ready early the next week. It is now 4/10 and this morning they said they might have it ready next week. This is horrible customer service. read more

I had My wife's car towed there after an accident on a Monday. They would not even give me a rough estimate until that Friday for $2-3K for the repairs .Then on the next Monday they finally told me it's going to be at least $6k now! The car was worth maybe half that much before the accident, so I decided not to get it fixed. Then, they said fine but you owe us more than $900 now!They were charging me for lot fees while they were taking their Sweet time to give me an estimate for a door, quarter panel, and an axle. After some discussion with them they agreed to reduce the price to $361. I still think that's steep for just a tow in town and an estimate, but I didn't argue- I just wanted to pay and get my car away from them. read more

Truck got into an accident a few months back and was suggested to send into Top Gun. Worst mistake. Firstly it was sitting out in the elements Uncovered after asking them multiple times over the months to cover it. Paid Cash to have it fixed and were told it would be fixed before our trip out of state no problem. The day we were supposed to leave truck is still sitting torn apart. We confronted them and were told insurance claims are worked on first and that our vehicle is not a priority... What kind of business takes your money and doesn't do the work promised? We paid them for work and time and because of their negligence, we will be missing our much awaited trip and no doubts they'll tell us it's more money than originally quoted because of the "added work time"...any bets anyone? Because at this point us cash paying customers are apparently not as important as insurance paying... read more
