ZERO STARS - Appt was at 11:30....they did not even get to our vehicle until 2:00. While replacing…read morethe windshield they broke the wiper motor. We were told the manager was out of the office until the following week, at which time he would call us. We waited patiently but no one called. We called them several times only to be told the manager was not available. We finally went to Safelite in person, 40 mi away. We did finally talk to the manager who said he would order the part and call us in a couple of days. No one called! We called Safelite again but no one knew anything about ordering the part....including the manager! This went on for three weeks!! Meanwhile, we could not use our vehicle in rain or snow because we had no wipers! And this is January in Montana! Finally I called the corporate office and filed a complaint. The same day Safelite called and said the part would be there the following day and to bring our vehicle in. We took the vehicle in only to discover they had ordered the wrong part! So once again we were told the part would be there in a couple days and they would call us. Guess what? No one called! We called them again, quite upset by this time, and told them we were calling the corporate office again. They called the following day and said the part was there and to bring our vehicle in. This entire process took almost a month to resolve!! We will NEVER do business with Safelite in Helena again!! AND WE DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!
