They did suggest another car, as this was in the middle of winter, and this is a Stang w/ rear wheel drive. I needed another car while my previous Mustang needed extensive body work. My granddaughter now wants the car! They were easy to work with and were given payments we could afford.

So we had $2000.00 down plus he gave us $500.00 for our old car. Our budget was no more than $3500.00 but i was so intimidated by the guy I ended up with $400.00 a month payments and owing $4700 AFTER the $2500.00 down. Their so called mechanic lied to me about the check engine light and why it was perm. on and the day I drove it home I went to show my friend and we found the backyard mechanics dirty towel in the motor right next to the fan! THEY Ripped us off and lied about the van! I drove from Mt to MS and everyday the van has something more and more wrong! They told me there was nothing wrong with the van but the entire computer system is broken and the sensors are bad! We got screwed paying approx $7200.00 for a piece of crap 1999 Oldsmobile Silhouette that doesn't kbb in excellent condition for half that! and we have three kids could you afford $400.00 per month payments especially when you asked for no more than $200.00.And I was pressed by the man and intimidated.... Yes, stupid me a woman went there with out a man so I got duped into this! DON'T GO THERE AS YOU CAN SEE I AM A WOMAN WITH KIDS WHO GOT SERIOUSLY SCREWED!!!!!!!!!

I would give no stars if possible do not go here my husband bought a car from here was told there…read morewasnt anything wrong with the vehicle besides a coolant leak but it was fixed prior to purchase not long after we left it was showing low pressure for one tire when we took it in they had told us it looked like it was driven on for awhile well it was flat and it was very unsafe to drive on as we told them at the dealership we were going over 100 miles to get back home we ended up spending over 300$ just on tire to get back home to notice a leak of coolant coming out we then took olit in to be looked at and was told it would cost over 1000$ to fix the problem I mean if we were able to buy something more expensive we would have but with my husband only on disability and me not being able to work to take care of him and our young son we needed something reliable to be able to get to his Drs appointment and to get around town and all this was explained to them as he was purchasing it we told them what we had to spend and we're reassured that it was a good vehicle over and over so fast forward to today my husband went to the dealership to confront them about the multiple problems that the car has and they pretty much said they didn't care that as is means as is when we were informed that all the issues that the car had were already taken care of and fixed before the purchase so they just took advantage of a disabled person and want it all written off like it was my husband's fault for not knowing they were lying and on they way home the car broke down all the coolent ran out of it and would not start smoke was coming out of the tail pipe looking and smelling like it was on fire so now we have no car no way to get around and still they do not want to own up to what they did but oh well right you got your quick buck but at what price they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of ppl just trying to get by with what they have So they told us lemon laws don't apply for used cars but this is what I found... Standard used car lemon laws do not usually apply, but you have strong legal protections. Because the dealer explicitly lied or misrepresented that problems were fixed before purchase, you are legally protected under fraud and deceptive trade practices laws, rather than standard lemon laws. Hmmm wonder who's right

If they don't don't sweat it. Next reach out to the dealer you like the most and tell them the numbers they have to match to earn your business. Lastly, take into consideration, you're giving $1,000's of dollars to a company, a corporation, a dealership, and 2-5 employees at that dealership. I'd prefer to give my hard earned money to the location I like the people at the most. I didn't luck out here! I set myself up to get a great deal on my number 1 vehicle of choice from the dealership I preferred to buy from. I gave them my word on what it would take to earn my business, and they did exactly that! The salesman, Chris Partin, knew his stuff about the product he sold me, he was willing to meet me when best for my schedule, and was willing to text me, instead of call or email me. He didn't have to pressure me because I was upfront with him with what he needed to do to earn my business. It was my responsibility to earn my very best deal, I did that, Chris Partin at Robert Allen Nissan took it one step further than any other salesman I've met and asked the questions to find out what I needed to make this the easiest purchase I've ever had. Chris Partin is a guy who is willing to do what it takes to make you happy.

Are negative stars a thing? If so we need some for this "business"…read more This place has a TERRIBLE reputation in Helena for a reason. Every time you have to deal with their service dept is like getting a root canal with no Novocain. My GF bought a car (from another dealership of course) and needed some work done on it under warranty. Every single time it was like we had to convince them to even look at it. They would take the car and the say "nothings wrong with it". Eventually I would have to get involved and explain what we were seeing with my personal scanner. They would take it back in and then say "your scanner isn't as good as ours so that's why you're seeing codes". Um...my $4000 snap-on is giving me bad info? Codes are codes Back and forth 7 times, and god forbid you ask for a loaner cause they need to keep the car for a week, it was crazy how hard she had to push to even get them to look at it or to get a loaner. They keep saying nothings wrong or we did this and that and "you're all set", and nothing ever got fixed. We got fed up and finally called Ressler motors in Bozeman. Holy hell what a difference! From the people on the phone to staff (more on that in a moment) I called Ressler and spoke to someone at length about what had happened and they said they thought they could get it fixed if we brought it in. Made the trip, was met with an outstanding staff, who got us booked in, and had a loaner warmed up and ready for us to take back to Helena with us, no hassles. They ended up keeping the car for almost 3 weeks and worked their tails off to make sure everything was working. They fixed the car and it's been awesome ever since. It's an absolute shame Lithia Helena is such trash they people have to drive 90 miles away just to get a warranty repaired. AVOID LITHIA HELENA!!!!
