I was passing thru Casper, WY and was staying at a hotel. I called and spoke with Todd. He was very…read morefriendly, professional and knowledgeable. I told him I needed an oil change and the Hyundai dealer recommended to change the drive belts. He said they were busy, but he'd squeeze me in since I was from out of town. He called me back in about an hour with an estimate. Although it seemed a little high, after explaining how he came up with it, I agreed. I took my vehicle in on Wed. Todd was nice enough to drive me back to the motel, and then when it was finished a few hours later, came and picked me up. The total was less because they didn't need to put in a full synthetic oil. I appreciated his honesty, getting me an appt. in spite of being busy, and going out of the way to take me to/from the motel and how fast they did the work. For these reasons, I would highly recommend Doyle Johnson's whether you live here or you're from out of town.

I can't say enough great things about Randall George at Fremont Chrysler Dodge Jeep! From start to…read morefinish, he was absolutely amazing. Randall helped me find the perfect vehicle--a 2007 Chevy GMC--and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Even though I live over two hours away, Randall went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly. He kept in touch with me constantly through Facebook and phone, answering every question I had and keeping me updated every step of the way. What impressed me even more was how he managed to stay in communication even when I didn't have cell service--he made sure I was always informed and comfortable with the process. After the sale, an issue came up that wasn't his fault but was caused by other employees. Instead of passing it off, Randall personally took responsibility, made sure it was handled, and saw it through until it was completely fixed. That level of dedication and care is hard to find these days. Randall truly goes the extra mile--literally and figuratively--for his customers. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares, communicates clearly, and will work hard to make sure you're happy, ask for Randall George. He's the best salesperson I've ever dealt with, hands down!

But beyond convenience, I have always been super amazed with them as mechanics. They are awesome! The shop is so clean, I swear you could eat off the floor. When I took my truck in for a scheduled tuneup, they called after about an hour. The scheduled maintenance manual said my O2 sensors were supposed to be replaced. They called because the sensors are a ridiculous $250 a piece. I really, really appreciated the head's up, and their feedback that the sensors would likely be fine for another year or so. Later, I took the truck in for a scheduled maintenance light. Again, they said that I was fine, and that they had done that maintenance last time I was in. I really, REALLY appreciate the honesty. It would have been easy to take advantage and charge, but they are professional and friendly.

I don't recommend this place for auto detailing. I brought my vehicle for interior cleaning to…read moreremove dog hairs and professionally spot clean some areas. I paid for a full interior detailing of $220. When they returned the vehicle, the roof, back windshield, and some small areas were not cleaned. Still lots of dog hair on the backseat. I called to ask if I can get a refund as I didn't have time to return it. The representative said that they would appreciate if they can fix the issue and she would talked to his boss about it. I waited for a week for them to call me but I didn't hear back from them. I called them a few times throughout the week, left a voicemail, and I messaged them on their facebook page. That was when I got a text from the owner. I gave them a chance to fix the issue but still, they did a very poor job on it. I am very disappointed to pay $220 for a very unsatisfactory auto detailing job. They should've refund me partially.
