Extremely slow. I've been here an hour and still have five people in front of me. Sooo many people…read morehave walked out. Two people working right now. Six empty registers that people could be manning. Manager: get people out the door. We don't want to sit here all day because you only want to have two employees here to run these front desk stations. I finally got in after about 3 hours. Was going to return their modem. The lady at the desk said I had to do it over the phone. When I called, the lady on the phone said I should have been able to do it when I was in-store. After the phone call, I had to make another trip to the store to return the equipment. The guy I spoke to this time gave me NO trouble. I told him the situation and the lady I'd spoken to the prior day was at the desk right next to him. He didn't seem to care at all and just told me it's taken care of. I'll probably never use Spectrum again. Just way too much hassle. Why did the lady at the desk give me the runaround?

Did not know that you have to ask for customer care dept. Came here to drop off equipment and I canceled service because rate was increasing every month. There are 9 stations with only 3 manned. 10 people waiting. Must use kiosk to Get in line. Can make appointment on line did not know about that. Y

Installation: Poorly done. Drilled hole through door frame and ran visible wire along inside wall…read more Service: On one of the main doors, the contact points were mis-aligned so we kept getting reminders that the door was ajar. Called to have it aligned properly. "That'll be a $75 service call." So, I got some double-sided tape and fixed myself. Customer Service: Exported to some Asian country where whoever answers the phone is very hard to understand. How do you politely ask for an agent who speaks English? At least the ladies were polite. The men (and ladies) must have a scripted response sheet they have to follow if you announce a problem. Every one of them said almost exactly the same thing. Question: If the service center is in China, then are the camera shots and conversations there also? The home screen on your wall listens. Cancelation: Damn near impossible. I switched apartments and they still bill me for the old address even though I notified them ahead of the move and installed my own monitoring system at the new apartment. Finally turned it over to my lawyer and the Better Business Bureau. In hindsight, I would never touch them. I have friends who have Vivint, and they feel the same. The men at customer service are rude and pushy. I've documented every phone call and email. Did you know that if you remove your consent to be contacted, but they continue, it can be considered harassment, and there is a fine for each contact?
