There have been no consequences or side effects. She is personable and delightful as well. Actually I showed her another issue I was having which she diagnosed immediately and I was able to get care the same day with a professional that treats the issue I was experiencing. On another matter: Her office staff called me twice to make sure I received the result of an mri I had. Dr. Iones followed up to make sure that I was seeing a doctor for an issue that appeared on the mri. I highly recommend Dr. Iones if you need a neurologist as I have been to three others over the years and none compare on any level.

She was extremely patient and she took the time to listen and understood all that was going on with me. She explained everything that was being recommended, and the reason for it, and every bit of it made sense. Her staff is wonderful, from the receptionists, to the folks that conducted the on-site testing. I am so happy that I found her. Now, I am very confident that my on-going health issues will be properly identified and treated. Thank you, Dr Iones!

I can not begin to tell you how grateful I am for Dr. Scopelliti and his fabulous team manager…read moreDebbie. My father was recommended by his primary physician to see a neurologist due to the unusual appearance of his hand. I happened to be visiting for the week, and it was very frustrating for me that every office he was referred to did not have any appointments for two months. I spoke to his chiropractor, who is a family friend, and he stressed the fact that waiting two months was not acceptable. My father is hard of hearing, and not really savvy on social media. Since YELP is my go to for everything, I decided to research other offices and see if I could find him an appointment much sooner. Being in the dental industry, it is very important for me to read credentials and reviews from patients. I was very impressed with Dr. Scopelliti's back ground, so with fingers crossed, I made the call. Ladies and gentlemen, I felt like I was reaching out to an old friend. Debbie was so kind and understanding! Having an aging parent can be very challenging, but she was very patient as my dad chimed in his two cents from the background. She was able to get my father an appointment in four days. We chatted for a bit about what it is like to be a patient provider. She told me about the doctor, and the one on one experience he provides. I sent her dad's insurance information, and she was kind enough to reach out within the hour to explain about his patient portion. I was really looking forward to meeting the team, but circumstances came up and I sent my mom. I wanted her to be able to understand what the Dr. was diagnosing, and due to HIPPA regulations, I wanted her to be able to have future discussions if need be. When they came home, Dad gave rave reviews about Dr. S. He treated him for a full hour, had strict Covid guidelines, and dad had a better understanding about what was happening to his body. I am so very thankful for these people. In this time of uncertainty, you think the worst outcome possible. Dad was convinced he had one foot in the grave, and was discussing his burial wishes. I told him only the good die young, and he has plenty of years left! We have a little work to do to get him on the mend, but thanks to Dr. S and his extremely thorough exam....there will be many more visits with my family. If you are looking for a knowledge neurologist, look no further. This practice went above and beyond! Heartfelt thanks to both Debbie and Dr. Scopelliti! Beth Soncrant

It's ignorant and narcissistic to believe that her time is so valuable, everyone else has to work around her schedule. Their office staff is ignorant, rude, and presumptuous. The office manager, Tara, is overly sensitive and told me that I was rude when I spoke to her. I didn't yell at her and I didn't curse at her. I simply communicated that it was frustrating for a physician to have such extremely limited availability. Tara then took it upon herself to go to Dr. Khatri to "tattle" on me and Dr. Khatri said that she's canceling my appointment and told me to find another neurologist. Ha! Tara is like a spoiled brat who tattled to her mommy about someone hurting her feelings. What a joke. Let me be clear: I am the customer and cannot be fired. I fired Dr. Khatri and I will absolutely and delightfully take my business elsewhere. Doctors are a dime a dozen and it's laughable that Dr. Khatri and her staff believe they're irreplaceable. Furthermore, last year, when I attempted to make my annual appointment, the automated phone message that should be turned off after their lunch hour wasn't turned off. I had to resort to calling another business in the same office park and ask someone from the other business to go over to Dr. Khatri's office and let their office staff know that their lunch hour automated message was still on and no one could get through. Seriously?! You're supposed to be a professional medical practice and you can't even make your phone systems function efficiently and properly?! Additionally, when I asked for an emergency refill of my migraine prescription, one of the office employees took it upon herself to advise me that I cannot take more than 2 of my migraine Rx pills per week. Are you kidding me? An office employee took it upon herself to provide medical counsel?! I seriously doubt she has a medical degree and even if she did, she's clearly not practicing medicine. Good riddance, Neurologic & Headache Associates! I will be sure to let everyone I know how ridiculously dreadful your medical practice is. I will advise everyone I meet to STAY AWAY from NAHA, P.C. YOU SUCK!!!
