She was nice and said my hair was an experiment for her but when I told her I was not pleased she refused to refund me anything. She offered to fix it but since it's very inconsistent, I doubt it would be better a second time.

I also had my nails done here and that's why I don't go here any longer. The nail tech was switching from regular nail application to gels. I kid you not, it took her 4, yes, 4 hours to do my gels. Granted it was one of her first attempts, but it was a bit long and needless to say, my husband wasn't in a good humor about waiting so long for me. Yes, he did do plenty of errands, but he still had to wait when he returned. The nails ended up bumpy and didn't last. Not worth the price. I hope she's learned to apply them better.
