This company doesn't have professional interior painters. I hire Paul, he refused to brush paint. So, he sprayed the trim and doors leaving a lot of drops, runs and dry brush strokes dried into the finish of the doors and trim.
The front door was to be painted "Black" he primed it with white primer (not tinted) and expected to cover it with two coats, I could still see the white primer through the black paint. After informing him of this, he tried to paint the door using a flashlight. He got black paint on my screen door and jam, and he painted my metal threshold white.
They did a poor job of preparing my home before spraying which caused a lot of over spray on the doors hardware, and floor vents.
I had Paul (The Owner) return to remove the paint from the hardware and vents, and to complete a professional edge-line everywhere (that's where two color met or colors end) Yes! I had to tell him to do that). Paul also purchase and painted incorrect paint colors. I ask for Kilim Beige and Pure white-Extra White. He chose and brought colors of his choice from another job. I assume thinking I would not know the difference. He painted all my walls Agreeable beige and all my trim Alabaster. I had no choice but to keep the trim/door color but made him paint all my walls the right color. After he completed the work including his 101 painters mistakes. He sent me a bill demanding another $1000 + $340 to pay Washington state taxes.
After doing some research and requesting his companies Washington State tax ID and insurance information. I found he's not license in Washington. The request to pay him taxes was a scam to get more money, he's not paying to Washington.
Everywhere he applied wall texture looks like a large patch. None of the texture match the original texture not even by a little. That's not professional work!!...
They are not qualified to do interior painting!!
