I could not recommend this therapy center more. All of the therapist genuinely love what they do and are absolutely amazing with the people they are helping. They care about these families and go above and beyond when providing therapy. Everyone works so well together and supports each other, it's a very loving, accepting, and encouraging environment. All the children I saw in my 2 weeks at this center were happy to be there, they wanted to "play" with their therapists and you could tell this was more than a job or a work relationship between them. The accounting in this company is so terrible. We gave a…read morecredit card number to the Speech Emporium and asked them to charge us $50 / session for the difference of the insurance coverage and the cost of a session. We got a letter from the Speech Emporium claiming that they mailed me a statement in July and spoke with me on September. I have never received such a statement and spoken with the Speech Emporium. I reviewed my credit card statements and found out that I have paid $1,800.00 from Jan to May. There is no way we owe Speech Emporium for $500.00 On the letter, the Speech Emporium threaten to report the unpaid bill to the collection if I don't pay by Nov 11th. This is a medical scam!
