I rushed my precious 14 month old in due to high fever with fast breathing and we were cared for quickly from time of check-in. The nurse was so kind and diligent checking him. We then had a little wait until the doctor came in and my son was not having it and was crying loud enough to be heard the room over. I finally got him calmed, and when Dr. Trinh came in he approached tactfully as he knew he had just recovered from the big melt down. He was soo calm and gentle and was able to diagnose my son's pneumonia quickly. I wish every pediatric appointment would be this swift and accurate. I am so grateful for my son's care!

We cannot say enough good about the professional expertise and compassionate care of the staff at this facility. We sleep worry-free at night knowing our family member is getting the best care and we will be notified if we are needed. We are always greeted with compassion and our family member has been consistently clean, well cared for and comfortable... They put my child on Wegovy, but had no treatment plan Other than prescribing the medicine. The doctor who headed the team did not know how to properly administer the medicine during the training visit and I had to correct her instructions which were not correct. My child developed stomach pain after increasing dosage to 1.0. My concerns were met with "these are common side effects" and didn't request blood draws to check for abnormalities. Consequently, her condition worsened and she needed to have her gall bladder removed. Since then she has exhibited severe pain and diarrhea. Reliant PCP just passes her off to Ready Med, their affiliated urgent care. There has been no consideration or suggestion given to the child seeing a gastroenterologist.

When I picked her up she told me about AFC Urgent Care on Stafford St. She told me numerous kids at her college dorm go there & that "AFC Urgent " is really nice. I called AFC & spoke to a young lady name "Betty". I explained my situation & she was more than happy to help. Betty took the time to listen & helped me. My daughter & I decided to go to AFC based on my interaction with Betty on the phone . When we arrived , We were met by " Betty" & she was very pleasant & very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about my visit. AFC Urgent is very fortunate to have Betty represent them. As I was waiting for my daughter I noticed that Betty was super nice to all the patients coming in. Thank you Betty & AFC Urgent for helping us.

Do yourself a favor and go literally ANYWHERE else than this unfortunately sad excuse for a healthcare establishment.

I'm not sure if that person is male or female....not making this up!!! In the week I have neen here, i've had one shower, climbed one flight of stairs, and had a walker provided. Other than that, there has been no rehabilitation, only sitting or lying around in my shared room with the shower curtain separating us. I am in my 80's and not making this up.

Everything they teach is designed to get you back to your life as soon as possible: they even have a fake car to practice getting in and out of! Several people stand out: nurses Lydia, Vivian and Abu, each of whom made me feel my health was important to them; OT Rachel B, who is an amazing person with all sorts of tricks to make living independently with a broken hip possible;; Mary C, PT, who was contstantly enthusiastic and supportive; Dr. Dain and Dr. Brown, who visited daily to check vital signs and ask how I was doing. The food was not exciting, but it was well-prepared and you could chose your own meals. Quite frankly, I was surprised by what a positive experience it was to be at Fairlawn. I was there 11 days. Highly recommend!

I never thought that another Hospice Care Center could ever come close to Rose Monahan Hospice Care…read morewhere my father was taken care of the last days of his life. This center was almost as good. The care my mother got here for the last week of her life was amazing. They not only took care of her but they took care of us. We were there from sunup to sundown and once over night and they always brought refreshments, food and comfort. Thank you to all the people who work there that showed her respect, comfort, a warm hand on her arm, a smile, encouragement, a hug, a tear and privacy when it was over. I cannot say enough..
