We quickly found townhomes being built in Manheim and went to their open house. We had only viewed a couple houses before this but decided that this really fit our needs and desires. We called Rob and he immediately made contact with the owner/builder. The building completion met our timing and we proceeded to completion and closing few months down the road. Rob assisted us in every way possible, kept up on the building project and followed up on each question or need we had. Leading up to closing he continued to alert us on any documentation needed and went beyond the norm. After closing he continued to follow up on our after closing and move in questions of the townhome finishing touches. To this day he still represents us if a builder question arises. This is what we call "True Representation of Buyer" We highly recommend this real estate organization and its family of the Risser Group! Charlette Stout & Ed Nangle

I can't describe how grateful and fortunate we feel about having Amy as our agent through the process. She has gone above and beyond, every step of the way, from prospecting houses, setting up virtual viewings for me, walking me through the whole process, and making me feel secure in every decision. There was a lot of back and forth with a handful of sellers and I never would have been able to navigate it all without Amy's experience and support. I don't want to over hype Amy, because certainly, our circumstances were uniquely challenging, buying a home from across the country, but Amy has done so much to go out of her way to ensure that the house is set up and ready for us after we make the drive across the country. She helped with the purchase and installation of a fridge and washer and dryer, facilitated the delivery of our bed so we have somewhere to sleep when we arrive, and has been 1,000% attentive to every single one of our needs through the process. This person is literally an Angel, is extremely responsive, and genuinely cares about the quality of your experience, as you take the leap into home ownership. We felt truly cared for and I can safely say that there's no way you'll do better with another agent if you're looking to buy a home in the area.
