I've been there twice with a 2017 BMW X3 xDrive28i and have needed a new driver side fender, sunroof drains cleaned out, brake pads and indicator sensors replaced, oil change, etc. The fender was the biggest job so far - I think some random person was walking around one night and just decided to kick mine in for some reason. It wasn't hit by a car because the paint was intact; regardless, I needed to get a new fender as it was bent so bad. Given this car is 9 years old with white paint I thought the new fender would stand out in noticeable contrast to the weathered paint on the rest of the car, e.g., the hood, door, roof, etc. I was totally wrong (see before and after pics) - I don't know how Yuro did it but he matched my paint color and then blended it so well I can't even tell a new fender was put on! You definitely can't get that level of service just anywhere, especially without paying extra. You can tell they take great pride in their work. As if that wasn't enough, they cleaned my car for free before they gave it back to me. Apparently there was some chemical substance that got on the window and paint the day before I dropped it off. No matter, all gone. All of this has been at half or less than what a dealer would charge. These guys are the best, and the name says it. Go there and you won't be disappointed.

I am truly amazed at the top level of customer service that they proved as well as the reasonable price that I was quoted and paid. I expected I'd need a new windshield. At G&R, they easily could have sold me one--but instead, Rosie at the front office said, "No, don't do that. Let's see if we can get it off." They removed it completely. Even better, they cleaned the entire car and didn't charge me for it. Honest, skilled, and genuinely kind people. We had the most random incident with one of the windows in our car, where it literally shattered…read morespontaneously one afternoon. (I think a stone must have randomly ricocheted.) It was almost 6pm, and I was panicking about how to get this window fixed as fast as possible. However, most local spots were closing soon or had already closed. With Yelp at the helm and our car insurance on the line, we came across New and Used. Admittedly, this spot looks a bit... shaddy. Frankly, if I hadn't been so desperate, I might not have taken the plunge. But they were open and ready to talk directly with our insurance (three-way call FTW) and pretty clear about what to expect the next day. It seems one way they keep prices down is not to have all the glass on site, but they told us they would call us the next morning after getting the appropriate piece of glass for our relatively common car. They did call within that expected time frame, and they completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. The waiting area wasn't so great, but there are places within walking distance around you can wait or grab some food. I'm very thankful for this spot and being able to accommodate us. They really reduced the stress of a stressful situation.

Seemed like no one wanted to be bothered with such a small job, but when I sent an email, Jonathan was very quick to get back to me, and let me know that they could help me, no problem. I showed up later that day and he took a look at the car, letting me know it was about an hour long job. When I offered to reschedule for the next week, he simply said to just drop by Saturday morning. I came by that Saturday, and the guys installed the ornament very quickly and it looks GREAT! The office was also very accommodating and the staff was friendly. I strongly recommend this place. Its local to the Newark/Union County/Essex/Hudson County area and is a great experience.
