When you develop policy geared to the lowest common denominator, it becomes self filling and crummy customers become your entire business. I'm loyal until that loyalty is not appreciated or returned. Luckily a few hours later he called and found them but he was staying up late to work on it. There was a miscommunication with his videographers and they missed me and my husband entirely getting ready for the wedding. Greg even argued with his contractor right in front of my wedding party. It was embarrassing and I was devastated I will never have any video of me getting ready. Luckily I gave him photos of me getting ready for our video.
