We had nail polish and old paint on a Berber and they managed to get it out, looks like new. They left me with a spray bottle for future spot cleaning and pen and business card. When we went to look at our slab, I didn't recognize some of the imperfections and she started telling me very rudely that this is the slab we chose and I am mistaken. My husband I worked with their installer to cut around the imperfections so that ended up being fine. When they installed the counters they left holes in our walls above the backsplash and never sealed the counters. After they stained from a strawberry sitting on them I called to ask about the sealer. They said oh we will come out and seal them... OK so if I hadn't called were they just not going to seal them? So the guy comes back out to seal them and does it wrong. I am left with a sticky bubbly residue on the counters. I call them again. They have someone else come out to reseal them. This time they are done correctly. I asked him about the strawberry stain and he said "oh that's a part of the counter, that's not a stain" ... the counters are a light grey/white. So now we have this stain and and holes in our wall. I would not recommend this place if you can help it. Their products are beautiful but their service is lacking.

I was happy with the results and their work at first but grout quickly started to fall out and cracks developed in all the corners. Rich promised to make the repairs but never showed. After paying $7000 for the bathroom tile work, I had to lose work and make the repairs myself. Now, 4 years later, many other areas of grout have disintegrated and I now need to gut and redo my master bath AGAIN!! This will all have to be done AFTER everything dries and the mold abatement company leaves of course.

I ordered 9 sheets; he ordered 23. I was charged $1,403.00 for tile for a 2x3 backsplas. I hired a very reputable company to install the tile. It looked terrible. The installer returned the next day and it took him 10 hours to reinstall the tile one tiny piece at a time. It still looked terrible as there was a manufacturing error with the tile and it was not intended for this application. When I contacted Rhode Island Tile, I was told that this was MY problem and refused to help me in any way. I would have never purchased this tile if the salesman had not pressured and mislead me. I feel that I was taken advantage of in every way (I am an elderly "person), cheated, and mislead. I strongly urge everyone not to patronize this business!
