Got here around 11 for window tint all around, my car has only 4 windows. Wait time is ridiculous,…read morei know it takes time but after 2 full hours of waiting, we were told 30 more minutes by one guy, and another guy explained he's the only one able to do my back window that's why it's taking so long.... it in fact was not 30 more minutes. They continue to pull cars in and work on those still while not finishing the cars that have been here for 3 hours......it's frustrating wondering why my car can't be finished in a timely manner while watching everyone else get their car worked on as well wondering what work is actually being done considering i've sat here for 3 hours. The employees seem to be more focused on having a good time with friends and speaking to the females rather than actually getting some kind of work done. A car that came AFTER me and had 5 windows(one more window to tint than me) PLUS added on the windshield last minute was done before my car. Then when i asked again how long, they just began the back windshield.......Horrible customer service they treat you like they don't care how long you have to wait they get to it when they get to it & if that means taking phone calls, giggling with the girls outside or just hanging out first then we just have to wait until their finished. no sense of urgency in this place and it's a shame because i am a patient person. It is now over 3 full hours my car not being done............. Unacceptable. 11am-2pm i feel isn't a crazy time for a car with 4 windows to be completed. I feel as though you shouldn't lie about wait times as it gets the customers hopes up that you'll stick to your word & now i'm the bad guy bugging you asking when it'll be done. Will never come back to this location...

Not sure about anyone else, but when I have a car, TINT IS LIFE! Off the strength of my sisters,…read morethey suggested I try Tint Spot 301 instead of my usual tint shop. The main reason I tried this shop is because I was able to book my appointment online. Bob, the owner, strategically books appointments for each person for a few hours out. Therefore, you're the only person sitting in the waiting room and he's only working on your car. Genius Idea!! No more first come first serve business because you have an actual appointment!! I booked online, received a confirmation and was sent a reminder the day of my appointment. I was greeted by Bob when I arrived and he described what he thought would look nice on my car. He even showed me examples of other cars he recently serviced that were similar. He was very customer service oriented and checked on me a few times to make sure I was okay in the waiting room. He even brought me back to check out my car after he finished the first side. I was really impressed with this young black entrepreneur. He does excellent work and is clearly a few steps above the rest with being able to book online. Prices vary, so inquire within. APPOINTMENTS ONLY! Tint Spot 301 accepts cash and credit, but a tax will be applied to your credit card, so cash is always best. Come and check him out, you won't be sorry!

I was blown away by these high prices. Therefore, when G&S was recommended to me, I was excited to have finally found a company that offers a great product at such a great rate. The showroom is STILL beautifully spotless and yes, those comfy chairs are still there. The rims look great, really tempting to purchase a set but having just bought the car should probably save my money. Luckily, on a rainy friday morning, there wasnt many people in the showroom so I was out of there in less than twenty minutes. Tint only takes 48 hours to dry, whereas in years past it took 72.
