Probably the only honest mechanic in Columbus. I had a severe oil leak in my car after an oil…read morechange at a local quick oil change shop. The manager of the oil change place claimed that my car was old and that it wasn't their fault. I initially took my car to a different shop for a diagnostic, and that shop claimed the oil cooler was broken, and quoted me $3700 to fix it. I was floored by this, because the online quote from the same shop was $500-650. After they refused to budge, I found Ernie's who gave me a far more reasonable quote for the same repair. I had my car towed there, and got a call from Ernie's almost immediately. Imagine my surprise when Ernie's said that whoever had changed my oil had left the o ring off, and that's why it was leaking oil. The first shop had missed this obvious issue, and proceeded to quote me an exorbitant amount for a repair my car didn't need. Ernie's fixed it and I picked my car up the same day. I have had no other problems. Total repair was $16. Unfortunately for Ernie's they now have a customer for life. :) Save your time and come here first. Soon to update my profile with a review of the first mechanic and oil change place. :)

Wonderful selection of products, really cool new show room. Please don't be afraid to ask about any product and how to use them. They are very helpful and it's also how I kinda learned over the years. If you want professional results and a car guy like I am, there is no substitute! **Update** I recently left my new 2017 Accord Sport for 3 days to have it professionally detailed by JAXWAX's personal detailer. They do not just detail automobiles to the public and this for me was a great honor. They clay bar'd the car, paint corrected the paint and then applied 2 coats of the Ceramic Shield and the car looks absolutely stunning. I will never have to wax my car and washing it is ridiculously easy, bugs and road grime just come off with ease. This is a must have for new cars as it protects the car. I thought about having it vinyl wrapped but I'm a paint guy and like the way the car looks naturally. A big thanks to Jared!
