Reliable Septic and Services came out the first time to pump our septic tank and then realized an underlying problem. It turned out that the manifold that runs between the septic and the drain field was crushed by the root system of a huge tree in our yard AND we also had a water leak that filled up the septic tank. Reliable figured out the problem, educated us, and drained our septic tank. Another appointment was made to correct the manifold problem and put in a new drain field. They came back within two weeks to put in a new manifold, and a new drain field and at no charge, drained the septic tank again. The workers were polite and respectful. The drain field and manifold replacement weren't cheap. It involved a lot of work, but they were less expensive than two other septic services we contacted for estimates. I would like out to give a shout out to Bruce McCullers, owner of Reliable Septic. He took the time & inspected my problem within a couple hours of me calling. He discovered my issue was not my septic tank or drain field, and it had to be a clogged shower drainpipe or clogged vent pipe. While inspecting the interior of my house, he had 1 of his workers clean out my septic filter & close my septic tank.
