(I told the phone operator it could wait until next pick up.) Most recently I wanted to pause my service and downsize to a smaller bin. Typically they swap cans out on trash day. They called later and said they'd be in the area and could swap the bin out in advance. The four star rate is because of the fee incurred to pause trash service. It cost $40 to reactivate your account. I'm sure there's a reason but you'd think they'd give a one time pause without financial penalty.
