The last time they were here, we learned we needed a new septic field dug. The work was done professionally. They repaired the irrigation piping that was broken when the area was dug up; and checked to be sure it was working properly. They had a sod person come out to measure what we would need. The sod was delivered and it was in beautiful condition. Unfortunately, we needed more sod than was delivered. The sod man got the additional sod for us and promptly laid it the following morning. Everything about the job was well done. We'll continue to use Reliable Septic.

My husband and I used the company for a remodeling project in our home. Only to find out the level of unprofessionalism when we asked for touchups to be done on the paint job. The owner met me with hostility and defensiveness via text message and phone call. To then not show up to work at all, setting our already behind timeline even more behind schedule. Our next issue was when the baseboards were reinstalled missing actual chunks and having cracks all over. When this was brought up to Luis we were once again met with hostility and lack of responsibility on his part. The quality of work we are left with for the value we paid is not worth it in my opinion. The stress we had to endure during this project was significant due to the tension the owner created from his immediate defensiveness with things that needed touched up or fixed. He then sent a cowardly text message in the middle of the night to my husband saying he was not returning and would not be completing the job per our signed contract. After talking directly to my husband just earlier that day ensuring he would be here to finish the project. We are now left with an incomplete home and touchups that need fixed around the home due to him and his employees poor workmanship.
