The grass just got it''s first mowing by my lawn service and I must say the sod is looking gorgeous! That you again Big 3 Lawn Care for the great job!!! This is my review on Feb 11 2024: I asked Big 3 Lawn Care to provide me an estimate to replace my front sod which had died from fungus. The existing St Augustine grass was dead from fungus and was never coming back to life. The price they quote me was very good and I hired them to do the job. Big 3 Lawn Care did a fabulous, a very nea, a fantastic job! I'm extremely happy! After they removed and installed the new St Augustine sod it looks perfect. My front lawn went from dead to beautiful! Big 3 Lawn Care workers did a great job! I'm glad I decided not to tackle this job as I had planned to do. Big 3 Lawn Care did a much and I'm telling you, a much better job than I could have ever done. The St Augustine sod they installed was the very best, VERY FRESH. Their installation was perfect! Definitely worth the money!

After having 2 other companies come out giving inaccurate reviews of my septic system using methods…read morethat are not allowed to determine a pass or fail, I am so thankful i called Wayne at Crotty Services and he was able to come out and do a proper inspection and pump my tanks. He is incredibly knowledgeable of all aspects of septic systems and explained everything as he was working. He is also HONEST and will give you an honest review of your system. Other companies will look to make you feel like you need to spend a lot of money on a system that is working as intended just because they can. Dont waste your time or money on other companies when Crotty Services will do it right the first time and give you an honest assessment. They are not looking to take advantage of you for their financial gain. The other 2 companies that came out contradicted themselves on which tank was which, stuck their hand in the water and then smelled it to "confidently" determine which tank it was, sketched the tanks in the incorrect orientation, didn't even check one of the tanks before saying the tank was bad and performed checks on the tank incorrectly to determine a pass or fail. One of those companies have a lot of good reviews (the same company that didnt know what tank was what...) as well so that is very concerning. I wish i could give 10 stars because this is hands down the best company to call for your septic needs.

The owner, Sean Flanigan, is prompt, professional, caring and does high-quality work. As a property investor in Florida, Maryland, DC and Virginia it is important that my contractors say what they do and do what they say in the time they say and provide quality products and services and reasonable/competitive pricing and this company hits all the buttons consistently. There is literally nothing they cannot do - and guarantee their work. They were able to take on some very complex issues in my rentals (specialized tiling, complex plumbing issues and electrical as well). I also contract out to them regular maintenance for my properties in Florida as I cannot always be there and are quick to respond and be on-site. They save me tons of headaches and money and even have saved me on property insurance in Florida which is HUGE! I only wish they provided services for my other properties in the DC/MD/VA area as I would contract them there as well. I'm currently considering two more investments in Florida (Melbourne Beach) and they will be the first one I reach out to as both would need remodeling. Electrical not finish upstairs, bathroom switch put in wrong place and not up to code. Can lights never wired and switches in bedroom not even connected. Missing ac covers, crushed duct work in attic from moving or adding vent. Baseboards not completed. Bathtub/flooring sealed. Ceiling not painted completely. Holes on ceiling not covered. Let's move to the stair case next, they used silicone caulking to secure the vinyl boarding to the stairs. Now stairs falling apart not to mention they didn't finish the stairway or the hole they left for plumbing in upstairs bath. Now let's move downstairs can lights not installed in the bedrooms and additional vent in master bedroom never installed . Also was suppose to move a vent never done. Holes in ceiling never fixed. The doorway to the bedroom not completed. Caulking in bathroom not done. Now let's visit the bathroom they tore apart painted half never finished installing bathtub after continuous excuses. Sink never finished cement wall board never installed, plumbing never done. Tile not installed and toilet not installed. Now the garage installed side door that's not working and was suppose to install beam in garage. Never happened. This job started on April 1 2025 and Steve and Brandon did show up most of the time until Steve got his last draw and promised they would be done in 2 weeks that was on August 25th they came 2 more times and a bunch of excuses on why they couldn't come back and finish. Last I heard on September 19 he and Brandon would be there Monday 22. That day came and went and still no sign or word from them. I paid them all there draws and material costs have all the canceled checks. But they skipped town. I have had an electrician come and fix the problems they left me with as well as an Ac person come and fix the problems Kova contracting left. I will be in the coming weeks. Have a plumber come and other trades to try and get the work done that I paid for already. So this is not a good review. I would post the other photos but apparently there is a limit
