They were honest, reliable, professional and easy to work with. They also took the time to explain everything throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The work looks great, it solved the issues we were dealing with, and the whole experience was exactly what you hope for when hiring a tree care company. They also told me they're veteran-owned, which makes a lot of sense given how organized, respectful and dependable they were. If you're looking for tree trimming or tree care, I'd absolutely recommend Ranger Tree Care. They earned this review.

From the start, the estimate was fair and the scheduling process was simple. There was one minor issue--the crew didn't arrive on the originally scheduled day (we assumed it was due to thunderstorms), and no one reached out to confirm. But after I called, they were very responsive and got us back on the schedule quickly. When the crew did arrive, they were on time, professional, and efficient. They did a fantastic job with the removals and pruning, took care of a couple of extra tasks, and left our yard immaculate. Not a twig left behind! Despite the one scheduling glitch, we were very impressed and are extremely happy with the results. Now I'm stuck with a remaining large bottom tree that he won't come back to finish the job. I don't recommend this company at ALL! He's a liar and only trying to make a dollar from hard working people. It's sad we live in a world where people just take advantage of customers who do a verbal agreement.
