I had an Aborist determine the cost of the damage and it was starting at a minimum of $30,000. I have sent a demand notice to them for Compensation and they rejected the certified letter. They claim to have insurance but have not filed a claim. They have been avoiding us. So at some point now we will have to take legal action to collect for damages. We are retired, and rely on the fruit trees we have on our property. We sell the fruit (organic avg. $2.50 ea.) This helps pay taxes and other expenses. If I was looking for a tree service, I would read my complaint a couple times before you hire anyone. Take this all in for consideration.

As of lately, I have weeds taller than my bed plants. How hard is it to bend down and pull out a weed? I have spent my weekends cleaning up behind them. Now, they sent out an email saying they are not doing residential work any longer. I paid my invoices asap and they didn't do the final service that I have paid for. I can't reccomend this company for anything. Poor management, poor quality and terible customer service.
