After meeting with their representative on site and getting a quote from this company, which we…read moreagreed to, but the runaround started, one excuse after another: weather report, equipment, crew at another job, etc. After patiently participating in this charade for several weeks, the representative of the company on the phone said she would send someone who was not part of their usual crew to start the work. That someone was two men, a woman, and one chainsaw. One of the men spent the next 30 minutes trying to start the saw. One of the men never got out of the truck. To our disbelief, that man commenced trying to cut a 40-foot queen palm down with the women standing in the line of fall. We yelled at him to stop. We called the company representative. The two men and the woman left. The company representative rescheduled the work for today 7.11.2026. No one showed up. So we called the company. The representative on the phone said they had an equipment problem, and if we were in a hurry, perhaps we should consult another company. You'd best have a lot of time and liability insurance on hand to deal with Optimum Tree Care. This company is anything but "optimum". Richard S.

I had an Aborist determine the cost of the damage and it was starting at a minimum of $30,000. I have sent a demand notice to them for Compensation and they rejected the certified letter. We are retired, and rely on the fruit trees we have on our property. We sell the fruit (organic avg. $2.50 ea.) This helps pay taxes and other expenses. I would not recommend Reel Time Lawncare. I hired Matthew and company to remove two oak trees and…read moregrind down the stumps. On the first day of work, the team removed one of the two trees. Matthew asked he could finish the job another day because he needed a lift to take down the second tree. I agreed - I even offered to pay more money for the lift. Per Matthew's request, I paid him 66% of the estimate (despite him only completing 25% of the work). He said he'd be back in a week or two to finish the job. He never showed back up or even had the curiosity to call or text me back. Now, three months later, I'm left with one stump that needs to be grinded and a tree (and a second stump) that needs to be removed. While it seemed that his estimate was the cheapest, in the long run it will cost me more money.

Lawn Rangers of IRC are truly a five star, green glove, LAWN-TASTIC team!!…read more My lawn was extremely overdue and weed was growing all over the place attracting bugs and all of the above, so I immediately got on yelp and they caught my attention as they were the first of four other lawn services to pick up the phone :-) And in a promptly manner I was able to schedule an appointment for that very same day! ....which considering my lawn urgency, as I have a small hot dog who already runs to the ground, I just couldn't bare another day of her bringing indoors unnecessary bugs and weeds :/ Furthermore, the best part of all is their very reasonable monthly prices! I did some research and your typical lawn servicing runs approximately $160 a month for services and I got a quote for $120 so I was very happy to have heard they are budget friendly :-D Overall, after talking to Juan, I got the piece of mind that he is very passionate about lawn and gardening so I know my back and front yard in perfectly good hands! I look forward to sprucing up my lawn to a healthy and beautiful green state and condition! Specially, the thought of having some of my very own rose bushes to cut fresh flowers from for a gorgeous indoors look!

The driveway expansion project involved increasing the size of the driveway by 35% and it looks good . However three years later some pavers started to sink. LawnRangers came back out to repair it but charged me $400 to do so. Less than 18 months after that it started sinking again. Rather than offer to repair it for free, they again charged more money but this time they uncovered a small tree trunk that had been left behind originally and was causing the sinking. Still no offer to refund . In the last three weeks I asked them to do a small outdoor plumbing job (which I paid for) and when I requested that they make small but necessary enhancements, they flatly refused. After all the business that they did for me I didn't appreciate the way they turned their back on me. Bottom line: the owner of the company is a very hard working and honorable man. He has built a strong business with an otherwise outstanding reputation. They aren't the least expensive but for the most part they do good landscaping work. I would caution anyone to get other quotes and references for the specific project that you are undertaking. Over all, customers be aware!!
