We weren't equipped to make the necessary modifications cutting through tile and countertop. I called Julio, described the problem. Excellent work, prompt and very professional.  Great experience overall, and even better customer service. We highly recommend Julio with stovetop replacement and counter modifications.

We only paid $600 for the washer. We thought about getting a second opinion but it was going to cost another $100 plus. So we just bought a new one. I listed the washer on Facebook for free, thinking someone might want it for parts. A guy came, an appliance guy, tested the pump, said it works but the latch was broken. He showed us how it was working! Not the pump! Dutch was ready to fleece us. The good part was I got the card of the guy who took it and I'll call him the next time! The only reason for a star was because the Dutch guy came on time.
