I called to schedule an appt to notarize a couple documents and…read morewhen she called me back I explained to her that I live outside of the City of Manteca limits and I don't mind paying an extra travel fee because I understand that I live a little off the beaten path. We scheduled the appt and when she was on her way she called and rudely started telling me that a one of the major roads to get to my house from the city was closed and continued to go on about how I should tell people that it is closed before they come to my house and she has already waisted 20min worth of gas and she was done and no longer coming. I started to explain that there is a different route to use to get to my house and she hung up on me. I honestly did not know there were any road closures and had I known I would of let her know. Either way I definitely would use someone else for your notary needs.

I did not think that was right but i should have read the contract fully understood it before i signed it and never assume the cancellation clause, i negotiated to pay the commission with the agent to 1/3 of the purchase price to the company gold mine reality, bad way to do business, but ultimately my fault for not knowing and trusting
