If I could use zero stars I would. I called to schedule an appt to notarize a couple documents and…read morewhen she called me back I explained to her that I live outside of the City of Manteca limits and I don't mind paying an extra travel fee because I understand that I live a little off the beaten path. We scheduled the appt and when she was on her way she called and rudely started telling me that a one of the major roads to get to my house from the city was closed and continued to go on about how I should tell people that it is closed before they come to my house and she has already waisted 20min worth of gas and she was done and no longer coming. I started to explain that there is a different route to use to get to my house and she hung up on me. I honestly did not know there were any road closures and had I known I would of let her know. Either way I definitely would use someone else for your notary needs.

I did not think that was right but i should have read the contract fully understood it before i signed it and never assume the cancellation clause, i negotiated to pay the commission with the agent to 1/3 of the purchase price to the company gold mine reality, bad way to do business, but ultimately my fault for not knowing and trusting

5 stars! I came in to have a large batch of flyers printed for my business, FC Valley Tree Care,…read moreand the owner really went out of her way to help me. She's a Manteca local and took the time to compare pricing with Staples, Office Depot, and other printing options to see what she could realistically do for me. What impressed me most was how much she was handling at once. While helping me with my printing order, she was also taking care of other customers coming in with packages, boxes, shipping, and purchases, and she kept everything moving. You can tell she's a hardworking small-business owner who knows how to multitask. We even went back and forth on pricing. Obviously, a business can only discount so much and still make money, but she genuinely tried to work with me and get me the best deal she could instead of just giving me a price and sending me on my way. She was thorough, compared options, made calls, and explained everything. What I especially respect is that her business seems to be built heavily through word of mouth. Coming from another local business that also values referrals, I appreciate that a lot. When customers recommend you because of the work and service you provided, you have to keep earning that reputation every single time. It shows that she's willing to put in the work and let her customers' experiences speak for the business. As another local business owner, I respect that. She understands what it's like to run a business, make a profit, take care of customers, and still try to help the little guy and other local businesses when she can. The shop is a little tucked away, but once you find it, it's definitely worth stopping in and comparing their pricing with the bigger office and printing stores. Great service, hardworking owner, and I genuinely appreciated the effort she put into helping me with my order. From one word-of-mouth business to another, respect. I'll definitely keep Pak Mail in mind for future printing and shipping needs.
