I was called 3 times by Jim Hildreth trying to get my business, then after meeting with him, and listening to his personal stories for nearly an hour, we paid his fee of $150.00 to prepare a letter to a person we're were having a dispute with. He called me after about an hour telling me that he completed the letter which was never delivered. I tried several times to contact him to find out what the next step would be. When he finally took my call, he was upset, curt and impatient, on the border of just being plain rude. The letter he had prepared was on just plain white paper that appeared it could have been written by just anyone. He didn't use professional letterhead and the envelope had his address stamped with a rubber stamp, and the content was very amatuerish. He told me and my wife that we owed him an additional $8.00 for mailing the letter that was never delivered, and this after he told me twice in our one conversation that he was "keeping time" during my call with him, and after listening to his life story during our initial meeting. Needless to say, we fired him after his inability to deliver a simple letter and his failure to return our documents.

Since she is driving in a company car, marked with her company name and phone number, it's incredibly rude and unprofessional to drive so recklessly.
