Putting aside the laughable nature of this threat, when the silly payment system you use caused the issue, it's unprofessional and absurd to threaten a lien on your home due to a one week payment delay. Also really overpriced. I would not use them again and suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Precision Maintenance is hands down the BEST general contractor ever. I have worked with quite a…read morefew different ones over the years and now I will only be using PM going forward after such a positive experience! Some damage was done to my house externally and internally, so I had to find a contractor to get it fixed which was really difficult. A lot of places either wouldn't pick up the phone/not call me back, or would take my information for a call back and I would never hear from them again. I found Precision Maintenance while going through the BBB list for contractors in my area and they had the highest rating, so I contacted them. And I can see why they are so highly rated! Not only could I reach them with ease over the phone, but they could actually come out and give me an estimate very quickly. They were so professional and kind not only during the estimate process but also during the actual repairs. They actually restored my home to exactly as it looked before the damage, which I was shocked to see! I was expecting it to still be a bit noticeable, but they did such a careful job that I can't even tell where the damage was anymore. It was super evident they go the extra mile to do perfect work and live up to their company name. :) They were also extremely patient with me throughout my schedule which was unfortunately dependent on a few extraneous factors, and not once did PM add any stress to that. If anything, they were super supportive and kind to work with my tricky scheduling conditions. They were so courteous and polite too, and had a really calm energy- which is really refreshing because some (most haha) contractors I have worked with in the past either made me feel like they were rushing through the process and didn't really care, or had a bit of a "talking down to you" vibe that is difficult to work with. PM made me feel respected and super informed about the entire process. I will now only work with them going forward for all my future projects and feel like I am in great hands for any upcoming maintenance projects. It is also clear they are super experienced and knowledgeable with all kinds of contractor work because when I asked about some projects I was considering, they could easily inform me about how to do it and what it would entail. Thank you so much Precision Maintenance for everything, you are truly a gem and I look forward to working with you again!

Do NOT hire Shawn…read more He presented himself as a licensed contractor/custom home builder, but could not provide a valid license when asked. The work he performed on my home caused multiple issues that required immediate and costly repairs. This included: * Improper solar fan installation that caused a roof leak and damage to insulation and electrical components * HVAC duct work that came apart and reduced airflow--blowing hot air into the attic instead of the home * A saddle valve installation that led to water damage on custom-built garage cabinets I've had to spend over $1,800 out of pocket to fix the damage he caused. It gets worse--after the damage, he completely disappeared. I tried contacting him for nearly a month with no response. When he finally replied, he apologized, admitted fault, and said he would "make things right" and asked for one week to reimburse me. That never happened. It has now been 11+ days since that promise, and he is actively dodging calls and messages. This experience shows a clear pattern of misrepresentation, poor workmanship, and zero accountability. Save yourself the time, money, and stress--hire someone licensed and reputable
