They were…read morein front of my storage unit...not a problem and figured he would take 5 seconds to move a small box with plastic hangers in it to the side for a second but instead I was told to wait a minute while he went and grabbed a couch to put in the unit he was putting items into! I figured no problem I will scoot the box about a foot over so I can unlock my unit and when I did he loudly said..."Or not...and told me how I was being rough with her items! Then he kept running his mouth and I told him I guess I will see you in KDOC someday since you obviously are unprofessional and rude yourself! Him and the other two workers were then laughing at me about the whole situation while "their" customer witnessed their behavior! When I went outside I took a picture of their moving truck with phone numbers and truck number! While doing this the younger kid of the 3 walked out and I asked if the other workers name really was Tyler and he said No.. I then asked him what it was and he said he didn't know! I said you're working with them all day and you don't know their names? He said nope I'm a minor and he told me I was awfully old to be acting the way I was... just yet another professional behavior! Would NOT recommend if that's how their employees are allowed to be! I've called the company with no phone call back as of yet! Update: I have talked to a lady at Mighty Movers and she said she didn't know what went wrong but that the customer said I was throwing her boxes everywhere and that the kids were professional... so with that which is very untrue because I was about 5 feet from the lady and verified with her at the time that I simply pushed a box of hangers a few inches to unlock my unit and she agreed! As for Mighty Movers, it appears they just take their employees word for it and don't care what the general public views are about their unprofessionalism! Another Update: As you can see by the owners response they are not holding their employees actions accountable! My review will stay posted as is and it is also how they probably have a high rating because they treated those voicing the truth with threats of legal action! In addition I have phone records showing I called a Tommy back twice yesterday and never received a phone call until I could reach out this morning!

I tried to tell the mover I had my house professionally cleaned once a month and exterminated every other month but they still cancelled. Now that I sent the certification saying there were no signs of bed bugs, and never were signs, the only bug I have are the crickets coming from the office when I asked for my deposit back. Do not hire this company. They don't know what they are doing.

Once Chandler Dolph and Michael Coulter got to the apartment they quickly assessed the move, went over everything and worked swiftly and carefully to get everything loaded onto the truck. Unloading was harder due to a 4th floor apartment and an average sized elevator, but they got everything in and we could not have appreciated them enough. Very personable guys and oh so kind. We were moving my parents, so I don't live in Wichita/El Dorado, but if I did I would use them again. That made my life a lot easier. Not-so-good stuff: there was a significant failure to communicate between U-Pack and the staffing company (which they selected) in my new location in terms of where the trailer would be for unloading. That created more headaches for me and meant that I had to cancel my existing contract with the staffing company and work directly with the local folks.

It gave me time to load, I didn't have to worry about driving a big truck all by myself, which I have no idea how to do, and I had time to unload without having to be in a hurry. The three day window before and after is awesome. Both drivers I met and talked to were very kind and helpful. The only issue I had was with the communication between the dispatch and the actual truck drivers about my truck delivery and pick up times and payment. All the men I spoke with were very nice but the one lady I spoke to was not very nice or patient. The U-pack price was very affordable also. I would recommend U-Pack and I will use them again in the future. Thanks guys.

The guys were nice, although they smelled of cigarettes and one of them thought it was ok to bring his pack into my home and just lay it on the floor. I'm pregnant by the way. If I wanted my stuff packed with such disregard I would've let my 2 kids who are under the age of 10 do it. I asked them to put certain glasses I had in their original boxes and then package them in their boxes, the guy John Kirkpatrick, didn't do that, instead he just threw the boxes empty, into other boxes. I also told him that if I forgot to pull out any liquids in my kitchen, to just leave them in the cabinets. He instead packaged them and some of them exploded or opened up and spilled everywhere. I had spices that completely spilled out, because apparently to him, placing thin paper at the bottom and top of a box is enough packaging. Not to mention, he packed papers and a calendar in with those liquid items that exploded. Where's the logic in that? Things were so randomly thrown into boxes that one of them I opened up had knives sticking straight up and every which way in the box. Nothing was individually wrapped. They also damaged my nightstands, and tv stand. One of my big kitchen knives is missing, and the remote to my Roku. They also ruined the packaging to a porcelain doll my father gave me as a gift by packing it in the box and shoving other heavy items onto it. There was absolutely no care taken in how they packed our items. I don't recommend them or Atlas. This was the worse moving experience, and it wasn't my first done "professionally."

We contracted with them and they loaded on the date specified. My phone with a credit card went missing and was located in the cab of the semi. They were supposed to deliver the furniture on the 17th of June. Their contract gave them a ten day spread. When the 26th rolls by and after several calls to them with promises they would get back to me and I would have to initiate the call, I was told it would be July 2. Then when that didn't happen I was told July 6 and now after contacting them I'm told no earlier than the 15th. I don't believe it'll happen on that date either as they can't guarantee it. The belongings are of two people in their 80's. When discussing compensation for this horrendous delay I was told to buy an air mattress for them and they would compensate 50% of it. Really??? You've got to be kidding me. Their contract is full of outlandish charges if you don't full fill their terms but nothing is stated if they don't fulfill theirs. My parents will have been without their belongings for a month IF they deliver as stated now. Unfortunately I don't trust them nor believe them. Most likely legal action will need to be taken just to get their stuff This is not right and no company shout e allowed to prey on their customers like this
