Let me just start by saying we were blown away at how responsive John was, he listened to our needs, made suggestions and together we came up with the perfect project finisher. The fence he installed is beautiful and classy and really enhanced our new outdoor space. His product is reasonably priced and exudes high quality standards. He finished our fence in a more than reasonable amount of time. John was also great to work with, so kind, and had lots of great ideas. We are so grateful he was recommended to us and we will be sure to recommend him to our friends. read more

I am new to NC and used to high level, quality work, and John is the first person here that I've hired that has lived up to my standards. His work ethic and attention to detail are exceptional. I wish John could do all the work I need done around the house, but for now I will just admire my new fence he installed. read more

I moved to Salisbury NC just a couple months ago. First item on the agenda was installing a fence that would contain my terriers, and look nice on the lake. I interviewed a number of fencers in the area... with little satisfaction. Most fencers wanted to do split rail around the yard with wire... and many never even bothered to call back. The first time I reached out to Reliable Fence, they immediately let me know it would probably 6 weeks out before they could take on another job. So I interviewed a few more yahoos. Then I called them back and scheduled the interview. John Welch came out and in an instant I knew I was talking to the guy that could do ANYthing with fencing. He was highly confident and knowledgeable, he clearly had a good eye for what would work, where others didn't seem to have either a lot of experience, knowledge, or frankly even want the work. Jon and I struck a deal after I made a few more configuration decisions. Several weeks later, once the special order had arrived, the day came for John to start work, he was here early, and started right in. I didn't realize until he actually got here that he was a one-man company. John knows his fencing and he wants it right. In my situation, he set up lines, hand-dug every post hole, lined up the poles expertly, hung the gates with care. Even when he needed to make adjustments due to finding sprinkler irrigation pipes underground, propane line to the house, etc. nothing phased him. He'd check and recheck everything as he went. His process and his focus were careful and diligent yet efficient and very effective. And now, I've got the most amazing, beautiful, professional-looking fence ever. The special sauce in Reliable Fencing is John Welch. His work ethic and attention to detail are so worth the wait for his services. I will recommend Reliable Fencing to anyone ever looking to build a fence. You will not be disappointed. read more

We had our privacy fence installed by Reliable Fence almost a year ago and I am so pleased with it! John was amazing and listened attentively to my needs and had solutions when I could not see them. He worked his tail off to get the job done, knowing that I was concerned about loose dogs in the neighborhood. It is such a comfort to know that my dog is safe back there now! I highly recommend Reliable Fence and if you're thinking about getting a fence, call him now, he books out quickly and you will want to get on the list. read more

I needed a fence installed for my Lab. Many choices for installers and fence products. I am so happy that I chose Reliable Fence, John Welch. Offered excellent ideas, professional and takes pride in his work. John took extra care making sure the fence was installed correctly and securely on property. I chose Black 5 foot aluminum with 4 gates and very pleased with final product. John is old school, I like that. Not many folks like that these days. Highly recommend John for your fence project. read more

We just moved to Salisbury a couple of months. We were looking into putting up a fence. I search the web and came across Reliable Fence. I reached out to Jon and in the same week he came out and gave us quote. He informed us that he couldn't start till Mid April. That was fine with us. In mid April Jon reached out to us and he started the fence on a Thursday and it was completed on a Tuesday. Thank you Jon for all your hard work and making my puppy safe. It was a pleasure working with you. I would recommend you to everyone. Pam read more

Reliable Fence just finished installing a 6-foot white privacy fence around my backyard and they did an excellent job. John was really good to work with and he made sure everything was done to my complete satisfaction before he closed the job out. His price was far below anything that I could find in the area and he also issued a lifetime warranty on the fence too. Reliable Fence has my full recommendation. If you're in the market for a fence, you should give them a call before starting your project. read more

I have hired dozens and dozens of companies over the years in my homes. I rate Reliable Fence at the very top. John has done two fence jobs at my home over the past five years. One was matching an existing fence around a curve. You cannot tell the difference, except that John's fence looks better. Without any hesitancy I can say that Reliable Fence does the job right, in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Never ever shoddy work! He is the best you can get. read more
