I do not begrudge the company for wanting to make money, but after the fact I looked on Amazon and the chains were $50 each. Fast-forward to one month later and both garage have issues. One is jerking again, and the other will not open at all. I called them and told what was happening and told him I wasn't happy and wanted somebody to come out and look at the issue. The person who answered the phone looked up our account and then proceeded to troubleshoot the issue with me over the phone with me . I told her that I do not know anything about garage doors and that she should send somebody out to look at it since they just repaired it a month ago she died on the phonetold her that I do not know anything about garage doors and that she should send somebody out to look at it at no charge. She then told me they would send somebody out if it had nothing to do with what they did, they would charge us for the service call that did not sit right with me as I'm willing to pay for anything that needs to be but this is not customer service. I will not use them again as they definitely don't understand the meaning of customer service and do not cover the they do originally.
