I do not begrudge the company for wanting to make money, but after the fact I looked on Amazon and the chains were $50 each. Fast-forward to one month later and both garage have issues. One is jerking again, and the other will not open at all. I called them and told what was happening and told him I wasn't happy and wanted somebody to come out and look at the issue. The person who answered the phone looked up our account and then proceeded to troubleshoot the issue with me over the phone with me .
