I deposited a large-sum check of a financial aid refund into my savings account, and they put it into my mom's account (who has the same last name but entirely different accounts). This is a MASSIVE MISTAKE, and nobody seemed concerned about it when we went back to get it corrected. The head/lead at the Clover Lane location that day just said he "didn't know how that happened" and didn't make any efforts to investigate the teller who made the mistake. The one making the claims about the interest rates does not understand the business model, or the process. Everyone receiving funding from MPMS will know exactly the amount to be paid back, and the time allotted to pay it back. They can accept it or reject it, and there is no cost to apply. They base payments on business receipts, and the interest is fixed for the loan without the penalties of a conventional loan. As far as attacking Bret Martin personally? That is very unprofessional, and will gain nothing. He gives people the tools and support to succeed at NO cost, it is up to the individual to utilize them.
