Called on Wednesday morning 1.31.24 at 8:30am and gave all the details of my vehicle for my windshield replacement and fortunately they had one in stock. They also could fit me in at 1:00pm that day, which was incredibly lucky for me, as a big storm was coming through and I needed to come from the mountains and get back to the mountains before it got too bad. I arrived 15 min early, went in and checked in right away with Hilton, who told me they could take the vehicle immediately. So I sat on the couch, read a home decor magazine they had (along with newspapers, etc), played on my phone, and by 1:20pm Hilton told me the car was out in the parking lot already, and just needed 10 min to cure. I waited 5 min, paid my bill (which was a fair price) and was the out the door. Thank you Hilton and Reliable...the whole family will be utilizing your services in the future! read more

My Toyota Rav4 developed a significant crack in the windshield. My deductible is $500, so the repair would be out of pocket. I checked with one of the heavily advertised national chains. Their website said the out of pocket would be zero. Sounded like a good deal. I'd have to go to Rocklin, about 35 miles away. It also turned out that my cost would be close to $450 the fine print on the website said "as low as zero." Hm. I had made an appointment but canceled it. I called Reliable, a local company, got an appointment ten days away. I arrived at the shop 20 minutes ahead of time. They started on my car in about ten minutes. Their waiting area is clean and neat, with a coffee station and very comfortable seating. It reminded me of a Porsche dealership--they want you to be comfy while they work on your $150,000 car (I drive a Porsche but not one of the super fancy ones. Mine's a classic.) They finished in less than the promised 45 minutes. The cost was $345, entirely reasonable. If you're unfortunate enough to need a new windshield, I can't think of a better place. read more

Excellent, rapid response service. Gave excellent advice about future insurance adjustments that could be made to lower premiums. I highly recommend Reliable! read more

Amazing job done. They special ordered my windshield and notified me promptly. They installed it while I waited in a very nice waiting room, it was more like a living room, with keurig coffee or water. I felt so at home while waiting for my car to get done. The price was right also. read more

Update/edit: The owner reached out and apologized for the damaged and offered to replace the damaged part. As for the smoked top portion, apparently there is only green/blue available for my vehicle which wasn't communicated when I had asked multiple times about. So as for that I'll bump it to 4 stars. As the rest of the experience was good. Won't go back. I asked on countless occasions for black smoke tint on the top 4" and I ended up with blue. Broke my driver side window deflectors. On top of that they didn't clean up at all, I found my dash covered in black dust. read more

Having just left this place after paying 240$ to have my driver side window fixed after get to gn it broken into - I will say I would never recommend this place to anyone. I should've known something was up when they said they'd be done in an hour with my window. The photos are self explanatory - glass pieces stuck in my window that I won't even be able to remove because of the new window being put in because they couldn't do something as simple as cleaning up the mess of the broken glass before putting in the new glass even though I told them what happened to my car and why I needed a new window. A horrendous job whatever they did left a long line of melted rubber along the new window and faulty wiring that now leaves me unable to roll the window down. Please do yourself a favor and don't come here. read more

Big thanks to the Reliable team for fast, ultra-professional, and thorough work on two separate auto glass jobs in the past week. Due to an incident with a weed eater, we needed a rear side window replaced on our Honda CRV. They had the window within a day of us calling, and the entire appointment took less than an hour. Then a week later our windshield cracked all the way across and needed immediate replacement--we called on Wednesday, got an appointment on Thursday and they replaced it in 90 minutes! And Danielle even waived our deductible. We can't thank them enough, quality work with a touch of human kindness--we hope to not need more work anytime soon but if we do, Reliable gets the job. read more

They were the least expensive in the area and super fast install. Happy customer! I will be back for sure.

Brought my Subaru in for new windshield. Was told about 1.5 hours for installation and calibration of eye site cameras. 55 minutes later all done. Nice friendly staff and clean waiting room. No complaints at all. read more

On time, did a great job repairing the chip on my windshield. Great price. I recommend them.

Amazing! I contacted them on a weekend when they were closed and they still got back to me within 20minutes on yelp. I then got an appointment for first thing that coming week, showed up a few minutes early for my 8am appointment and was driving away by 8:50am. SUPER FAST and incredibly professional. Highly recommend! read more

I messaged Reliable through Yelp for a quote after both my car and my fiancee's windshields were cracked something fierce! Jonathan responded in minutes and was able to get me a quote which was half what my fiancee's deductible would have been and was able to waive the deductible for my policy, as well! The techs came to our home and completed the work beautifully the next business day. I can't say enough about the incredible, prompt customer service and great workmanship we received. I'll never use anyone else for glass repair. Thank you guys so much! read more

This company is easy to work with. They really work hard to get their customers an appointment in a timely manner and all of the staff I encountered were very friendly. I waited at the shop while my windshield was being replaced and the waiting area is very clean, comfortable, and there is complementary Keurig coffee for customers. They finished my windshield in less time then quoted and I am very satisfied with my experience, and I definitely recommend this place to anyone searching around! Thanks! read more

I had a problem with the rubber around my windshield from someone else's installation as they were able to fit me in the next day after I emailed them, working with me over text for a time that fit my schedule. I really appreciated that. read more

This is about auto glass in Grass Valley. I recently took my BMW there because the rubber gasket was getting old and showed some cracks. The windshield was perfect. So the problem was cosmetics. Danielle explained that there was a good possibility that I needed to replaced the whole thing because removal of the seal may result in breaking the windshield. They then ordered the right windshield. However, they found out later that the seal was removed successfully with no damage to the windshield. So they charged for replacing of the rubber gasket only, which saved me a lot of money. This is what you call a good professional and honest service. This people deserve a lot of credit; many services these days do not show this kind of ethics and integrity. I highly recommend them. read more

I had Reliable Auto Glass replace the rear window on my BRAND new Mazda. The auto dealership I purchased the car from, quoted $915. to replace, and it was going to take between 3 to 5 days to order the glass. Reliable Auto Glass was able to get the window and install it in less than 24 hours of receiving my phone call, for $322. Troy was the technician who did the work. He did a great job. He was quick, informative and thorough. I highly recommend this company for all of your auto glass repairs. read more

My Car was broken into and the back window was smashed. They had openings right away, someone always answered the phone here to help you directly without any promps. I also had to late cancel and reschedule and it was no problem they were very accomadating! Clean, comfortable and quiet waiting area like an office with a Kuerig coffee machine, where I was actually able to catch up on tasks while I waited! They only took an hour, were friendly friendly and helpful. Everything was easy from start to finish which is unusual these days. Completely recommend! Thank You for your great service! read more

This place is amazing! Someone hit my windshield and cracked it and I was pretty sure it was going to be expensive to fix. I got a $325 quote from Safelight, and was pretty bummed at the cost. Then I called reliable glass and the quoted me under $200, tax included!!! Safelight had a wait of a week to fix it, but reliable fixed it within a day!! Due to how far up the mountain I lived, they couldn't come to my house, but their shop was clean, and very comfortable and Troy was amazing. He put my windshield in in a half hour and he was very nice! I am one happy lady! Thanks Reliable Glass!! read more

Doe you ever deal with a business so good you are excited to give them a 5 star review? It's not very common these days, but Reliable Auto Glass made our day. A couple of times! When we got a rock chip, my insurance company recommended them, and they were very quick to get us in, and did 100% of the paperwork. Super easy! And, their shop is clean & fresh, with free coffee, water, and a TV in the waiting room. (They offered to come to our house too, but my wife was running to town.) They were fast and friendly, and my wife even commented on how nice it was there, and she is picky! A few days afterwards, the rearview mirror fell off the inside of the windshield (16 year old GMC Yukon), far from where the rock chip was repaired. We call to see if they could reattach it and they said yes, just drop in. Turns out this is common with this era of GMCs, but Reliable fixed it ANYWAY, and did it FOR FREE. How great was THAT? If you are anywhere in the area, I would suggest you use these guys. You will be pleased. read more

Called Reliable based on an Ad in the paper and the stellar reviews here on yelp. I spoke to Jonathan, very professional, pleasant and informative. They take AAA and were able to come out to my home to do the job in the time specified. Tony was the service technician, again was very professional and had a great attitude. His work was clean and he explained the process and what to do after the installation. Overall, I found this company responsive, professional and complete, read more

This is the worst place you want to go if you have a classic or older car. They ruined the moldings on my car because they obviously did not know what they were doing. I had to take my car to Tripp's and turn in into my insurance because of what they did. Plus they won't take any responsibility for what they did and won't even help pay my deductible which is only $250. The damages they caused far exceed this plus the moldings are no longer available. If you have an expensive car stay away from this place read more
