Unfortunately, I wish my experience with this company was comparable to my friends who recommended me to the company. I got my inspection on October 18, 2023, and was originally told it would take about three days to have the report back. I reached out after the fourth day to confirm when the report would be finished. On the fifth day, I was told that he was busy and that he would get it done as soon as possible. I expressed my frustration with not having the report back and the lack of communication and he said he would get it back to me as soon as possible. On the 14th day I asked if I could get the courtesy of a reply to my calls and texts via text. On Thursday November 2nd he said he was sending it late that evening after getting a call from the termite inspector at 4pm that I canceled their inspection, even though I reached out to him the day before to tell him.
On Friday November 3rd, I reached out to see if there was an update and he mentioned that the file was too large to send via and he wanted to utilize Dropbox. I downloaded Dropbox and he said he was going to send it that evening. I never got it that evening or over the weekend, so I reached out on Monday to see where the report was. I got no response on Monday. I reached out again on Wednesday and got no response. I reached out again on Thursday, and you guessed it, no response. I called a few times and never got a return call or text. On Friday I had a coworker, who had used his services, reach out to him via email to express his concerns about not returning my inquiries. Within an hour after that email, I received my report on the 23rd day of this ordeal.
I'm in the service industry and I put customer service and communication at the top of my list. This process was one of the most frustrating processes I've ever dealt with a company and the lack of communication was unsettling. I do want to give it to Evan he is a very knowledgeable individual and will take the time to explain everything that he's expecting and even gives suggestions however, communication left something to be desired. read more
