A lady from the back had to come and get her attention. Never offered a tour, or what that had to offer, so we went and walked around looking for ourselves to see what they had. Glad that happened, we found a place that was very happy to add us as members. My personal experiences, some may love the place but your front line workers are an example of how management conducts themselves. Not for me. Tried it on on a day pass while visiting family in the area. When you first walk in you see all of the weight machines, a quick walk-through will show you where everything is. There are plenty of cardio machines and even a "lady's gym". I did appreciate that that area had plenty of weight options, as some gyms lack that in their "lady gym" areas. My only reason for deducting a star is that we kind of had to look for a receptionist as no one was at the front desk initially and when I had questions no one was there again so I kinda had to figure things out. I'll definitely be back again when I'm in the area.

They have water foundations that have the upgrade that can fill up your water bottles. Talk to the people who work at the desk in the center of the gym to get an extra things that you may need like towels, lifting gear, or basketballs. The staff here always kept equipment clean.
